order#XXXXXXXX bought Oct.3,and was promised delivery and setup on Oct.12, assembly screws were torn open promised next day, still waiting
was promised that screws would be fed exed for next am delivery and they would send someone out that day to assemblethat was last Friday my son has not had a bed since last WednesdayI had plans to leave town and could not go for waiting multiple broken promises It is now Tues and bed not set up screws came yesterday afternoon and package was torn so I hope all items are in the package I have spent hours on phone with Cust Svc and been constantly lied to I do not think I should pay full retail for this horrible experience and I still do not have any furniture set up in my sons room

I purchased bedroom sets from hereOn both of them some bubbles started coming out when I cleaned them the paint came off
One of them is not even a year old and I purchased extended warranty rooms to go refuses to repair the furniture stating that I placed a hot cup on top which I did notI have purchased lots of things from rooms to go there's no need for me to lie all I want is the furniture to be fixed

I bought a couch and was supposed to have repair coverage and when I called and told them the couch was peeling I was told they couldn't do anything
I purchased a lot of pieces from this store the first one being a reclining seat couch with cupholders, I purchased scotch guard protection and had unlimited leather conditioner, I was told I was protected to anything happening to the leatherA year and half later the couch started to peel, I contacted customer service and was told they couldn't do anything and they do not repair the couchesI ended up throwing away the couch and I went to the store yesterday looking for a dining room table and told them why I wasn't to fond of their "protection plan" as the salesman tried to add that to the dining setI explained to him what had happened and showed him the pictures, he went to explain that they are still replacing those couches for other clients over years old and they were supposed to replace it or fix itI asked if he can do s

I purchased a Sectional sofa and matching recliner from Rooms To Go Last week my parents were visiting and the recliner was used a couple of times It's not in a great area to see the tv so it's been used minimallyJust a few times
One of the boards in the chair snapped in to two pieces We turned the recliner over and the board snapped because the piece of wood had a knot & that's where it brokeAt the knotThe chair will not recline due to the broken board
I called the store where I purchased it from and they transferred me to customer serviceThe CS Rep quickly informed me their warranty is for yearI explained what happened and asked if I could send pictures of the recliner to show the board broke at the knot and she said yes

Product delivered smashed and completely damagedCustomer service does not care and will not fix the issue

Defective (manufacturing ) dresser delivered and reported within one year (date from last delivery) of the warranty, but not accepted by RTG
The initial delivery of the fresser was attempted on 4/10/and was found defective & thus attempted to be replaced by RTG times and the last delivery was on 7/16/However a manufacturing defect was discovered by me on 5/8/and reportedSince it is within year of the last delivery it should be covered by the warrantyHowever RTG is rejecting my claim assuming that the warranty period starts from the 1st delivery and the damage was of due to home useAs a product owner it is ture and honestly I can say the product was delivered by the people and kept in the place where it was never replaced and we hardly used this dresser alsoNothing was done so that this crack will appear except it is a manufacturing defectRTG has all pictures and information as to my complainIt is prima facie manufacturing defect and under year warra

If you pay a company for a product, this should not be the lengths to which one must go to receive the item, or a refundI have received neither
I placed an online order for a rug on 10/ The company failed to ship the product, erroneously marked the shipment as "delivered," and has shown extreme reluctance to take any meaningful steps to resolve the situation
- 10/I received a notice from UPS that the item would arrive the following day
- 10/UPS informed me that "This package(s) will not be delivered as originally scheduled." The status on the tracking number reverted to simply "Label Created." The RoomsToGo order number reflected the item as "Delivered."
- 10/I placed the first call to RoomsToGo customer serviceI was told they would email the warehouse but would not receive a response until MondayDespite my attempts, I could not get a commitment for a call back, and was advised to check back the following week- 11/ Second call to RoomsToGo customer service I was told again that the rep would write the warehouseI expressed that this had already been done and no information had been forthcoming over the past six days, but this time the CS rep said she would call me back
- 11/Third call to RoomsToGo four hours later, after not receiving follow up callOrder notes now reflected "a supervisor was looking into it," but had departed for the dayAgain, only course of action was to send an email to the warehouse and wait for follow up
Not electing to continue this charade, I asked for a full refundThe rep told me they would have to follow the same process for the refund -- write the warehouse and wait for response
I do not believe RoomsToGo to be a reputable company Despite their high Revdex.com rating, which only measures their responsiveness to complaints logged with this bureau, the customer reviews found here and elsewhere on the internet reveal a pattern of sketchy business practices and worse customer serviceIt would seem that this forum, which should be the last ditch effort for a business and customer to resolve an issue, is the first and only stop for any RoomsToGo customer to seek a fair and reasonable outcome for the money they pay this company

Just had the worst customer service experience with the companyI am a new customer and after my failed delivery yesterday and terrible customer service calls today, this will be my last dealings with the companyI ordered pieces of furniture, and were suppose to be delivered yesterdayAll pieces were damaged and I refused deliveryCalled customer service and they didn't even know about the ordealAll the lady said was we can schedule another delivery next weekThere was zero consideration for my timeThey give you a hour window, and basically you have to wait for themSo me missing a half day of work is not worth anything, and they basically said I have to take another half day of work for their mistake with zero compensation for my timeNext, I called the store where the lady asked me the same question over an over about did I have any pieces at my house, when I told her I refused to take damaged goodsAgain zero effort to keep a customer, and basically said OK we will cancel your orderAll in all just sad all the way aroundA situation that could have been fixed pretty easyAny now they are saying I may only get 80% of my money backThanks for the horrible experience

If zero stars were allowed I would have picked that for a review I purchases two lovely living room sets from rooms to go san antonio north location The long and short of it is that I did not get the correct pillows on delivery date They attempted to deliver a rug and have delivered six incorrect pillows, sofa legs, and of correct pillows This was only after HOURS on the phone over the course of two months I still don't have the correct items and am STILL working with the store to attempt to attain the last pillow While there are some (two maybe three) helpful individuals at the customer service supervisor level, the store and warehouse can't seem to figure a simple order
