This is the worst purchase i've ever made! I ordered my furniture Feb 6th and requested delivery for Wed feb 10th which my salesman promised I will have my furnitureCome to find out the so called 3rd party company don't even deliver on WedSo cancelled my order and went to another location hoping to get a salesman that knows what hes talking about and deserve my commission Tues Feb 9th I reordered my furniture at a different location and was told delivery was available on sat 7am-11amI excepted the time frame to stay home all day and to never receive my furnitureIts now Feb 15th and still have no deliverySpoke with a manager from my purchase location..and now i'm possibly waiting til Feb 19th or the following week for one couch!!...This will be the first and last time I purchase from this place!

We were told by salesman, Michael O., delivery was done by a third party The third party would charge $for delivery and an additional charge to haul the four mattresses and box springs away We didn't want to pay for hauling the items away We were told by the salesman that the delivery men would haul the mattresses and box springs to the street for nothing On Saturday, on arrival we were told by the deliverymen that we would have to pay the same amount for hauling the items to the street or hauling the items away We were extremely unhappy with being lied to by MrO We finally has to pay an additional $for a total of $due to fact that my three brothers and myself are not physically able to move the mattresses and box springs ourselves I will not be shopping at Rooms to Go Outlet again due to being lied to by their salesman

I had furniture delivered and they broke my staircase spindle and loosened other side of staircase when they carried the furniture in; the staircase is still loose and a possible dangerous hazardI had been in touch with the delivery office and have been given the run around (with guarantees that they would fix the problem) for agesIt was reported MULTIPLE times to different people on corporate end of deliveriesThe spindles would need to be replaced and painted, IF the exact spindle can be foundI have not been able to find it on my ownThe painting of all spindles would have to match and hardware re tightened on both sides of the staircase

I gave special instructions to delivery that I could not answer the phone when they came to deliver my furniture Instructions were to "knock on the window" by my front door I also left a note on the front door But they did not get out of the truck Their dispatcher called me twice and then they left When I called later to see if I could pick up my furniture, they said it went to the next customer in line So if I want it now, I have to re-order and wait another weeks I have guests in town and I have no sofa beds for them to sleep on This is not acceptable kind of business But it seems like this is their way
