Keeps giving us the run around for a warranty claim on a foam mattress Claims nothing is wrong with it
My wife got suckered in to buying one of those awful foam mattressesShe said that the salesman said that it won't smash down like older ones plus they have a year guaranteeI didn't sleep on it months before I started having to brace myself up to keep from rolling offI'd wake up feeling the foundation rails underneathSo she called themA month later the guy shows up and proclaims that the foundation is wrongYeah rightThey waste our time and bring in a foundationSure enough, nothing is fixedWe called again months laterThey came in after a month, took measurements and said that its not bad enough to replace under warrantySo we call again in months, now that neither of us are getting any sleep and waking up with back painAgain, we have to wait a month for the tech to come outHe said while he was here it met all points of criteria for replacementA
Leather furniture started turning colors after a few monthsI had them treat the furniture before it came out
I bought this furniture in March and making payments on itI did not use any product and the furniture is turning colors and look old where I sitI called them and I was basically told they would change it out one time but don't expect it to happen againWell months later the same thing has happened againThis cant be real leather because it does not do thatThey are scamming people and had numerous complaintsNow I am stuck with ragedy furniture and paymentsThis is not durabond but supposed to be real leatherIt is a set and they should replace the whole set with something else

I purchased a beautiful sectional from RTG Oct (included was a chase that proved to be too big for the roomRTG would not let me return it as nothing was wrong with itOK so I moved it to my back room and bought a power chair to replace the chase)

We bought a couch, loveseat and recliner chair on Jan14, and waited till January 28, to get our couch and recliner chair and got our loveseat in Feb All of our furniture have recliners in them and Monday the 17th of April our recliner chair broke, the recliner would not work I called the customer service they told me to look at my chair to see what was wrong and they would send a service guy out to evaluate the problem and the earliest they could come out was Satthe 29th of April and they would call us with a time It seems if there service men are that busy they must have a lot of issues with their furniture We have had this furniture two months and already the recliner has broken, we are worried about the rest of the recliners in our furniture Very poor quality furniture, we paid $for this recliner and it is very flimsy and not sturdy quality!
