I was told that I was purchasing real leather dinette chairs by the salesman and it turned out that the chairs are peeling
information given to me concerning the furniture that was purchased in This furniture should have lasted me for at least years or longer but instead it's peeling bad to the point where I have to cover the chairs with black tape

Sold mattress w/ frame that does not comply with manufactures specifics Manufacture voided warranty because of this They say that's all they sale

when we made full payment one part was a check in the amount of 1,dollars and the rest applied to my Citibank Credit card under their terms and condition we had hours to cancel at that time when speaking with Kimberly on the phone she said it would take up to days for us to get our back via Check from the company where as out credit card charges were reversed after a few days they I did not want my Funds to be held for days so I made it clear to Ms Kthat I will put a Stop payment on the check and she agreed also so I could get access to my money sooner they eventually ran the check through my bank and it was declined and reported me to a collection agency WE HAD Hours to Cancel and receive full refund We Never had any furniture delivered or ordered this is bad business practices

I purchased a rug onlineThe day after I received the rug; I got a phone call that my brother diedMy whole world changed in an instant and calling rooms to go wasn't on my mind at that point to return the rug which looked nothing like I thought it would

My wife and I ordered a complete bedroom set on August 8, 2016, with delivery scheduled for August 18th The furniture arrived timely with workers who did an excellent job putting it together Unfortunately flaws were found on several pieces (dresser, chest, drawers on the storage bed and a storage rail) and we were informed they needed to be replaced We received a follow up call within an hour of the completion of the delivery to inform us that replacement pieces would be delivered a week later (August 25th)
