Peggy A.told me before purchasing a mattress that I had days to return the mattressI have called her & she never answered this
I called the store on 2/18/and spoke to PeggyWhen I told her that she had mentioned I could return the mattress in days several times she did not reply but put Scott the manager onHe was less than helpfulEverything originated the day of delivery, when they tried to call me and had the wrong numberThey said they had called a couple of times but they wrote the wrong number down as XXX-XXX-XXXXthe correct number is XXX-XXX-XXXXThey also had a second number which is XXX-XXX-XXXXThey never called that number which belongs to my husbandTheir customer service leaves alot to be desiredI will never shop there againI understand they were required to call the second number if they could not reach anybody on the firstThey did not do thisAll we want them to do is pick up the mattress, credit the amount of purchase back to my credit car
A stitch in the seat cushion has a tear and RTG has given me the run around to fixing or replacing the seat coverI have spent days trying
I purchased this couch with an extended warranty on May and they are stating I don't have the warrantyI had the credit card which allowed me to add the extended warranty and they want me to submit a paper request and include a money order to get the coverThey are not holding up their side of contract and it is very discouraging that they will not replace it for free like stated in the warranty
We ordered a king size bed from them, when it was first delivered it was damagedThe replacement/exchange was also damaged and we are on the 3rd time
The first king size bed was damaged on the headboard and the footboardGauges and scratches on bothI called the company to complain that our brand new furniture was damaged and they said they would exchange it for a new setWhen the new set was delivered the replacement footboard was damaged again and we rejected the replacementUpon further inspection of the replaced headboard the quality was worse then the original headboardI called to complain again and they said they would exchange it for a new bed and offer us $off our purchaseThis exchange would go through their "red alert" inspection before deliveryThis will be the 3rd exchange in months since we purchased our itemsI went on Facebook and started reading reviews from the original location we bought the furniture from and many other people have had problemsOne
Non-Delivery
Order paid in full on August 15th with a scheduled delivery of 26AUGbetween the hours of 9am-1pm as per our paperwork
My husband took the day off to be home for delivery, as he is a contractor no work = no pay but we decided it was worth it
At 4pm we get a call stating the delivery was changed to 5pm-9pm As per our paperwork, only orders with a due balance would have altered delivery times....lost wages were now for nothing
At 9pm we get a call from the driver stating they were running late At 11:35pm on the night of the 26th of August, we have had no delivery, no furniture and we are unable to get in touch with the driver
Purchased Mattress with year warrantyTried to exchange/return one month after purchase; due to saggingAn inspector was sent to measure mattress but the store indicated it did not meet specification on returnLast week, store inspector on the second visit reported measurements and the store agreed mattress now meets specifications for a returnThe store wants to take $from full credit as a warranty feeThis is unfair to charge warranty fee to return a product already under warranty

On April 22nd at approximately 6:18pm I got a phone call from Rooms To Go wanting to know how my furniture delivery went and if everything was okayThe lady didn't say her name but I proceeded to tell her how when the furniture was first delivered on March 31st, we had issues with the delivery because the delivery guys unwrapped the mattress on the street and then drug it on causing the mattress material to rip on the side it was drugI proceed to tell her that we had the new mattress arrive without any issues and the second delivery was outstanding as those guys were professional and brought the mattress inside before unwrapping itIt was a night and day type of experienceThen I get asked something odd which finally clicked with meThis lady tells me that she is looking at my order and can't see what bed I orderedSo I tell her I think it was a Beautyrest
Delivery for Rooms To Go did not occur even after calling in call station, days prior to delivery
I called the Rooms to Go call center to make sure that if I was not at the apartment but the front office could sign be present for furniture a week prior to deliveryCall center answered yes and instructions were given for driver to get through gate and how to open the apartment doorDay of delivery, delivery center calls and says that truck is broke downAnd delivery will be hours behindI notify the front officeLater the driver calls and states that he is at front gateI inform him that he has to go to front office to be let in and get key for apartmentAn hour later the front office states that they left and no delivery was doneI tried to call driver no answer the call center and no answerNext day called to see what happen call center states that driver made it to front door and what color it was but no one answeredI asked call center why did driver of delivery cent
I bought furniture on 2/19/at Rooms to GoI pd for express delivery & a delivery was set up for 2/21/I was told that someone would have to be there from 7am-10pm to accept deliveryI made arrangements with my dad to be thereAt 6pm, no one had arrived yetShortly after 6:30pm, the delivery driver called me & stated he was at my residence but that I should have requested a box truck to make the delivery as he was in an 18-wheelerHe stated I would need to call & rescheduleAt that time, I was not home but my husband wasHe went to the road & talked to the driver & they agreed to attempt the delivery by backing down our drive-wayThe driver backed over our front yard so the damage had already been started My husband told him to continue backing since the wheels were already off the drive-way & causing the damage anywayOnce I got home that night, I was very upset at the way my front yard lookedI called the customer service deptthe next morning & was told the deliver
While delivering scratched, defective, and broken furniture they damaged the floors at my home
They scratched my floors while delivering defective furnitureThey offered me a pittance of $to repair the floorsI asked them what they suggest I do with $and they haven't responded
They were to exchange the furniture for new but give me one hour notice on the day of delivery in light of how much time I've already wasted dealing with and waiting on this companyThat too they couldn't get right and with minutes notice on the day of delivery I couldn't break free from work fast enough to catch the delivery man
The issue of damaged floors is still unresolved and I am still in possession of the damaged furniture they are yet to replace
I regret doing business with this company and will never purchase another product from them again
Sofa peeling less than yrs
We had purchase from rooms to go previously without any issuesMy sister had a set with peeling problems and I was worried that I would have the same issueI wa assured by my salesman that that issues was resolved and that this new fabric was attested against peeling but I now have a sofa that is peeling.?I called for three months and nothing has been resolvedThey refuse to honor the guarantee

Couch started falling apart less than a year old
I purchased my couch and oversized chair in March of In October of one of the legs collapsed and the wood supports underneath had split The repair guy came out and took pictures and stated he was going to get this fixed under the warrenty When the customer service person called he stated the damage was not going to be covered because the underlying fabric (dust cover thing) had been removed I stated my pest control company had done that when they sprayed the house I asked for a manager to call me to discuss further and have never heard from anyone I now have my couch that is a little over a year old sitting on bricks and braced with a 2X Two nights ago I leaned over the arm of the couch to turn on a lap on my side table and the inside of the arm collapsed There is no reason for this furniture to be falling apart in such a short time frame I do not have small children and it is only adults that live in t

Woo hoo!!! So, I rescheduled another time - waiting additional weeksI also requested for the technician to call me to give me an hour window to schedule someone to be at my house when they were going to pick upYeah, they said an hourNow it's been THREE HOURS later & still no techAfter waiting minutes with customer service, a very rude rep answered and the manager then said, "I'm sorryThat's all I can tell you." The store did not provide me with the correct size legs for bed and are not willing to help
When I purchased the bed I was provided with short legs to the bed-they are about 6-inchesI called the store to tell them that the bed was too low and the night tables were higher than the bed-I asked them to provide me with the taller legs 11-12inchesThey said I should call the manufacturer so they could provide the correct size because what they gave me, the shorter size, is standard with this bedI called the manufacturer, TempPedic at the # they gave me and explained my situationThe folks at TempoPedic told me that the standard provided to Rooms to Go for this bed is the higher size 11-inches, which is what I needThey told me to call Rooms to Go back and tell them that they should have provided the higher legs as standard with the bed I called Rooms to Go again and asked for the manager-I was told that Anthony was the manager and I explained to him what I was told by TempoPe
Pillows ordered months ago and were discontinued Refund never received
I need some help from someone who has the authority to issue a check On June 6, 2017, I ordered accent pillows matching a Cindy Crawford chair and ottoman I had previously purchased After NUMEROUS phone calls to the customer service department I was told on October 9, that the pillows had been discontinued
What a pitiful way to do business to have a customer order something and then pass the ball for months and then tell them the product has been discontinued I was then told my refund check would be mailed that week Here it is days later and still no check
This is the most horrible service I have ever encountered No one in customer service or the parts department knows what is going on nor cares, as I got the runaround for months Maybe instead of all the television commercials Rooms To Go could have their employees take a class in customer relations

Worst experience I ever had at a Rooms To GoWe went on a Sunday to look at some furniture, when we finally decided to get a bookshelf, Vickie help us out, she was very kind and very helpful with the entire processHowever, when they sent us to pay for the bookshelf, this old lady who was a cashier, refused to take my mom's passport as an ID, because they did not take foreign documentation as proofFirst of all my mom was going to use her debit card, and we explained from the beginning that we were going to use a debit cardUp to this point, we still don't understand what is wrong with using a passport as an ID, all we wanted to do was pay for itIf you don't want to experience racism, we would highly suggest to go somewhere else
