Delivered damaged goods, setup furniture in an unsafe and hazardous manner, missed deliver times, customer service unhelpful
We had a bedroom set delivered by Rooms To Go on November 25, and had the following serious issues / concerns
We contacted every customer service number we could find, as well as the online live chat on the night of deliverySince the delivery wasn't completed until after business hours (i.e6pm) we could not speak to anyone and the online live chat was not helpful as they just directed us to customer service which wasn't open until Monday morning, hours later, this was not a satisfactory response since I have a 9-month pregnant wife and had no bed for her to sleep on (see below)
We encountered the following issues with the furniture delivered:
(1) The slats on the bed we're not properly fastened to the bed frame presenting a safety hazard;
(2) The support legs were not properly installed or missing all together presenting another safety h

I purchased and paid cash for furniture that was sold before the delivery date
I purchased a new home but due the weather the construction got delayed I purchased pieces of furniture from the Glenwood Avenue location paid $cash on the first delivery date the contractors had not completed the construction of the steps, so there was no way to even enter the home So the date was changed and the salesperson, store manager Matt, and myself all understand they change of date and that all pieces would be available The day before delivery I received a call and was advised their was a piece that had been discontinued If I pay for something I expect it to be pulled at that time and put aside The excuse was because I changed the delivery date they sold the furniture to someone else This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life and this was definitely a lasting first impression Please know I will never shop in this store again and will definitely let everyone

I purchased a twin over full from a friend who bought the bed brand new from Rooms to Go years ago Parts were lost I called to order the parts and was told I would have to order the whole hardware kit The customer service gal sent me the parts form via email with the sku# I filled out the form and sent a check for $ Rooms to Go has cashed my check according to my bank, and yet, when I chat online with Rooms to Go, they have nothing to show that I ever sent them a parts form and check No status at all whatsoever There is no way to even have an idea about when I might receive my parts Sometime within days was all I was toldMaybe REALLY? Why would I ever want to do business with this company? They take your check and cash it and make you wait days to see if you MIGHT get the parts You don't have parts for a bed that's only years old? It's a ridiculous and archaic company

I ordered to recliners one came with a broken base.notified them they sent a man out who just took picture of base of chair and left .then another person came out and said he would order the part which he did it took about three months to come back only to find out part was bent too.had to call customer care to find out that my chairs are no longer being sold so now I have to to a trade.so I went to store couldn't find anything I liked.only to be told that I can't get my money back which they didn't even want to give me back the full amount I paid for chairs minus the delivery .so where in this world do you not get your taxes you paid on something that you have returnedOnly wanted to give me the price of chairs .wanted to trade for something else only to be told I would have to pay delivery because I wanted to add another chair when it's all coming to same place on same time so they would have charged me for delivery once again

Our new couches we had delivered brought bed bugs in our home

A salesman at the rooms to go location in Duluth, GA advised me that I would receive the best deal for furniture based on my loyalty I have spent over $8k over the past few years and was promised a specific living room set would be available at a discounted price The salesperson that I called weeks to go ask me to come in after his vacation and we will honor and give me the discount price that was on sale at the time but may not be when he comes back I waited for him to do so, I left work early on Wednesday 27th to purchase the furniture He stated I will lose the discount if I didn't come in ASAP
I get to the store across town in a rush with a hour in traffic only to be Very disappointed The price was not only higher than promised He deliberately lied to me to get me in the store, I was humiliated beyond belief I don't appreciate dishonesty and I am Very Unhappy

Rooms to Go is demanding on a store credit & will not refund/ or cancel the $pending transaction on my bank credit card

Issues with the seams coming undone on the pillows for my sofa and love seatThreads were coming loose
The thread on the seams for my pillows on my sofa, love seat and my ottoman were coming undoneWe had a Rooms To Go warranty representative come by and take picturesWhile at our house, he agreed that the pillow cases should be replacedWhen we called the warranty department for a status update, we were informed that the representative did not submit all the photos showing the issue and instead identified the loose thread as a "snag caused by the consumer." This is and we have not had our issue addressedFurniture was purchased January and inspection was made September
