Thought I was getting the sofa set that was displayed in the show roomThe sales man did not tell my mom or me other wise

I purchased furniture last year and I am beyond disgusted with this experience

Rooms to go refused to issue refund on a standard size sofa that their delivery guys could not get into my home which has standard size doors
Purchased a Bonita Springs Blue Chair (#XXXXXXXX) and Sleeper Sofa (#XXXXXXXP) on 9/19/17, order #XXXXXXXXIDelivery was scheduled for 9/28/Delivery guys arrived and could not fit the sleeper sofa threw the door, even though my door is a standard 3ftx7ft house door and that there was a sleeper sofa of the same size in my bedroom house that was removed week prior After several failed attempts by the delivery guys to moved the sofa in I called Rooms To Go customer service to discussed the orderThe agent I spoke with essentially proceeded to blame me for the problem and said I would be charged 20% if I cancelled the orderAfter arguing with the gentlemen for several minutes I just hung up in total exhaustion and frustration In addition I drove hrs for this delivery to my beach home and waisted half my day

Deceived as to how I was purchasing furniture
I went to price furniture and see if I qualified for their credit program as I had purchase furniture that way before I asked several times to have my credit checked and it was not done Instead, I was told about their new program for purchasing furniture The salespeople were very aggressive and I was not told what this program really was I didn't have my reading glasses so they read most of it to me September 1st I found out from their Acceptance program that this is some kind of rental program and they were going to charge me 3times what I purchased the furniture for I feel that I was scammed by Rooms To GO I've already paid $for this furniture and not getting credit for it I would NEVER rent furniture

The couch delivered does not have the same look as the couch in the showroom in Douglasville
