Thank you for allowing us to respond to our customer's concern Michael and Son Services arrived at our customer's home to install a New [redacted] Heat Pump SystemOn Dec we performed a routine Maintenance Tune Up and found no concernsIn July we checked on the unit and adjusted the refrigerant charge, cleared drain and replaced the air filterApril 5th we were scheduled to go out because our customer had concerns wit the ACWe arrived and found the system low on refrigerant, the air filter was dirty and we saw a need after further research to perform a leak searchWe performed the refrigerant leak test and found a leak in the tubing at the outdoor unit, repaired the leak, charged the unit and replaced the air filterOn June 19th we arrived to the customer's house to find the drain line trap clogged, cleared and checked the refrigerant, everything was operating as it should beJune 30th we were called back and found some concerns accessing the customer's preexisting drain line for evaluation regarding the drain clogged issuesWe added an additional sensor for water protection at no cost to the customerJuly 1, we ran a new drain for for the unit at no cost to our customer, checked the refrigerant pressure, and found the attic fan was non operationalJuly 15th, we were called because customer had no AC we diagnosed and found the blower motor needed to be replacedOur customer's unit is warrantiedWe ordered the motor, board, and transformer, installed these parts and testedEverything was working as it shouldDecember 9, we checked on the unit, adjusted refrigerant, checked over the system and everything was tested and workingMarch 25th, the unit was not defrosting properly, we added refrigerantOn May 8th unit was low on refrigerant, charged and scheduled return for leak test and repairWe returned to seal all refrigerant leaks in systemTested work everything is working as it should All unit concerns have been corrected under warrantiesAt this time everything is working normallyAs it is impossible to predict any future issues of mechanical equipment, it is important to keep the air filter clean and maintained on a regular basisFailure to do so will cause added stress to the systemwhich can result in equipment and or part failures including refrigerant leaksMichael and Son Services strongly believe a replacement of the unit is not necessaryWe have not found any particular concerns to deem the unit as a “lemon” We believe the unit to be in good working condition and free of any defectsUnit is still under manufacturer warranty and we will continue to respond in a timely manner to correct any issues covered at no expense to our customerThis was a truly a regular service call, these type of things do happen which id why we have our regular season tuneups to catch these concerns before they happen and her coverage covered these type of concerns If our customer has any questions please contact us directly so we can further assistIf there are no further issues please consider closing this matter as satisfied

Troy provided highly professionalized and efficient service He called and arrived on time He analyzed our problems and explained our options clearly He also identified many possible improvements and updates for us to consider at various points in the futureHe got to work quickly on the tasks we agreed upon for this visit and provided accurate cost and time estimates Troy's explanations and demonstrations were clear and helpful once he completed the work and everything is not merely repaired but functioning better than newWe have had good and bad service calls with various companies over the years Troy is one of the best

I certainly made a good choice to call on Michael & Son Services for a plumbing replacement The Plumber (David W.) was very efficient, personable, knowledgeable in this field I could not have had any better service!!! He certainly should be recognized as a great representative of the company!! When I need to call for their services again, I will certainly ask for David W

David was on time and very professionalHe explained the dispatch fee and diagnostic fee for my electrical problem and then proceeded to offer several possible solutions at different pricesadvantages and disadvantages of each option was clearly explainedHe also inquired about the age of my smoke detectors and offered to replace them while he was hereSince I had replaced one hardwired unit already, and it wasn't an easy job, I was glad to have him do it for me

Changed out defective hot water heater On time Knowledgeable Excellent work

Had additional services completed todayRobert T [redacted] was another outstanding Michael and Son HVAC representative that provided informative info about my AC unit and maintenance of my home Very happy with his ability to explain my services and program I had enrolled inExcellent!!

Received prompt professional service for my generator.

My experience with the serviceman was of the quality I have come to expect from Michael & Son

The electrical technician that came to our home was very knowledgeable and patient during the heatWe like Michael and Sons business very much, just too bad project was not in our budget

(Just writing to be clear smile) The only thing that may require a second day as we discussed is maybe the painting if the drywall mud and taping doesn't dry in time to complete the work Please reply to let me know you agree with what is written in the message above and if you need to add or clarify, I will be more than happy to answer or correct what is needed?
