I do not agree with Michael and Son’s request that this complaint/file be closed, and I ask that it not beAt this time, based on the history of continuous annual and bi-annual problems and outages of the HVAC system since I purchased it in 2010/2011, I do not have reason or confidence to believe that it will function in the future at a dependable level in which was purchased and promised, and has continuously failed to perform thus far While Michael and Son asserts the claim in their reply that they feel they have “done everything” I have asked to be done, I do not feel that either I – or my tenants, should be constantly placed in the position of needing repairs on an annual or bi-annual basis, for a product that was purchased for full price and in good faithNeither do I accept that repairs always take several days and are a risk to my tenant’s health in severe weather, as well as their employment (due to the length of repairs)These constant HVAC outages also affect my own reputation and reliability with my tenants, impose long travel time, personal expenses, and safety issues for myself (if I am forced to stay overnight in an affordable hotel, or cannot find one, and must sleep in the car) Again, I request a full refund from Michael and Son for what I believe to be a defective HVAC system, and that this matter not be closed before this matter is satisfactorily resolved Sincerely, [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

We love Michael & Son.They are easy to contact...always availableGetting an appointment is convenient: you don't have to wait long and the appointment windows are narrower than a lot of other companies The technicians are always prompt, efficient, polite & friendly.They always do a complete inspection or fix the problem completely

I feel safe and happy that I picked these guysIm a down home girl, and my daddy always taught me to go with a company that has a good history and good reputationWell, all I can say is that they didnt let me downI got estimates, (per Daddy God bless his soul) and these guys where the only ones that even mentioned testing for asbestosLike I said " Safe And Happy" you cant get any better than that!!!!!!

Johnny M [redacted] did a terrific job fixing the plumbing in our shower in our master bathroom He had to replace a section of both the hot and cold supply pipes, and install a new Moan shower head and regulator As always, he did an outstanding job We look forward to him putting in bathroom sinks once we have installed new floors

I have been using Michael & Son for the past couple of years, they are always on time, courteous, friendly and always do the job rightThey never make a mess, always clean up and leave things the way they found themI will continue to use for a long time

My two furnaces were inspected by N [redacted] MN [redacted] was courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, and very diligent and hardworking even though it was late on Friday eveningHe took great care to thoroughly explain all of the details of the furnaces so that I could understand how they work, and how they are inspectedNow I feel confident about heating my house for the winter

One of the most complete and considerate service calls I have experienced in years Making the appointment was easy and quick and the scheduler was extremely polite and was able to get us an appointment within a day ---and on Saturday Corey arrived on time and walked us through the process and what to expect He listened carefully to us and never treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about He was extremely thorough and took his time ti ensure the problem was fixed and fixed right He answered every question we had and when he left we were 110% satisfied It was the type of service call I remember growing up - Professional I WILL use Michael & Sons in the future and they live up to their reputation and advertising,,they care!

Cesar did a great job dealing with a blockage in my house's waste lineHe showed up on time, thoroughly went through his troubleshooting sequence and identified the problem, and was very persistent in his efforts--ultimately successful--to break through the blockageHe then gave us helpful tips for reducing the likelihood of blockages in the futureAwesome job!

Kenny Sis an asset for Michael & Son He called prior to his visit, provided his estimated time of arrival, and arrived when he said he would When entering the house, he used his disposable slippers every time He asked again, for the reason for his visit, leaks in the kitchen lines, and bath faucet He diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate prior to beginning work He was efficient in completing, and explaining, what he was doing He provided estimates of future work, when questioned about other possible issues that may arise He cleaned his work areas upon completion of the repairs Kenny was courteous throughout the visit, and very personable Thanks, Michael & Sons

I want to share a very positive review about a Michael & Son response to a possible heating problem The HVAC expert from the above-referenced company invited me to accompany him for an in-depth review/analysis of all equipment in order to pinpoint any possible reason for a problem with our heating system After an exhaustive review and evaluation, the company expert advised that all systems were operating effectively/efficiently He requested that I contact the company and request his services, should another heating stoppage occur, since he felt responsible for ensuring that the problem would be corrected, ASAP I really appreciated the professional, courteous and educational experience from the company expert Thank you so very much, Michael and Son expert, Kemar B
