Neville made an emerg generator annual checkup at my house on Sept He was on time, courteous, knowledgable and efficient This was my first experience w/ Michael & Son Based upon the excellent work of Neville, I changed my contract w/ the company from the originally scheduled 'one-time' visit to a year service contract

Wayne J [redacted] from Michael & Son Services came to fix my heater on Saturday, he was very knowledgeable and friendly, he not only fixed the problem, and also gave me lots of useful tips on how to take good care of the heater In addition, he was very honest about everythingWe highly recommend him and the company to anyone who has heater or air condition problems

I am rejecting this response because: Michael and son still owes me for all the damages they did to my hvac ductwork system, the duct cleaning issues were not resolved and remains open and I request all mhic licenses issued to Michael and son be pulled and further investigated for customer deception as well as unfair business practices Complaint: [redacted] Regards, [redacted] dllr/mhip/hvac

As always I knew I could count on Michael & Son ServicesJason was our technician today for an electrical issue and he was on time, knowledgeable and very professional

Just recently (last week or so), Dwyne from Michael &Sons came to fix an ongoing problem I continue to have with my kitchen sink I explained to him what happened and how many times I called M&S over to fix the same problem Dwayne Dwas very attentive to my problem and very determined to get to the bottom of the problem that day After process of elimination, he resolved the issue I was very happy with the solution and I hope I do not have to call M&S back for the same thing Dwayne D was very professional, patient and eager to get the problem fixed and was determined to leave my house and leave a smile on my face Thank You Dwayne for the excellent service!

I have always been impressed by Michael and Sons technicians They are professional, respectful and informative

Shaw the technician was amazing - clean, professional and explained everything! I highly recommend him! I had some troubles with the dispatcher over promising On Saturday afternoon I was told that I would receive service within the course of the weekend, but didn't see anyone until Monday They ended up giving a bit of a discount, but having no kitchen sink and no washing machine from Saturday afternoon to Monday morning was not particularly fun

Needed a plumber, called Michael & Sons and MrVictor G [redacted] came to the houseHe was very helpful and did the work quickly and also well

The tank and hose to our toilet had begun leaking when we were on vacation Curtis arrived to do an estimate and was able to complete the job that same evening after running out to get some parts and giving us the option to go pick up a new toilet from a big box store (we did not want the one toilet M&S had available as it was an expensive one which would have been an over improvement for our humble abode) Curtis was also generous in offer some suggestions on more durable types of bathroom materials and plumbing materials we should use with the refurbishing project We still need to replace the flooring but he was able to level out the toilet with shims/thin wood which is a great band-aid until we organize and confirm the floor repair/refurbishing

Hi, I wanted to email you about one of your employees going the extra mile today to try to assist a customer I was here waiting on Pepco to come review some work that had previously been done with Michael & Son Sean was not scheduled to be here today, but was across the street with another customer When Pepco came, I saw the truck and went to speak with Sean who came over to try to assist He said he would be over in five minutes Unfortunately Pepco, who was here early, would not wait and left I have called to report the incident to Pepco However, I wanted to also email you about Sean and thank him for going out of his way to help someone We need more people like him in the Service Industry

My husband and I have been using Michael and Son for a long timeWe were under their Home Care Plan which allowed additional benefitsThey have provided excellent service over the yearsWe never had to wait a long time for them to arrive, sometimes they came the same dayThey also sent professionals that was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and accommodating to our needs

David and Danny from Michael & Son in Charlotte,NC came out to install my HVAC system and I immediately noticed that they both take pride in their workThey were VERY thorough, they explained in detail what was done, how it was done, what to expect, etcI was very impressed/amazed! Brad B [redacted] was right on time, called ahead to let us know he was on the way (as promised), and quite courteousAlthough the salesman (also a Brad) had thoroughly explained all that the job entailed, Brad went over it all again and got right to workAfter the job was finished he explained the thermostat and made sure I had no further questions Every step of this process/job has been simple and a pleasure

Allen was very professional and had the work completed in a timely manner Explained everything in detail that needed to be done

Sean is a wonderful technician He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just a great guy But the main thing I would like to say about Sean is how he goes above and beyond and does extra just to help make things easier for you He is always about helping you in any way he can

Today we had duct work (cleaned) done by Mark W of Michael and Sons Mark was very professional, friendly and did amazing work We would recommend your company and Mark to all of our friends and family
