If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I don't understand their comment regarding B&B's invoice. That was an old bill to prove that the compacitor had failed before and had the same symptoms as when we called Michael & Son to come out to fix it. B&B repaired it. Michael & Son was the company that said the air conditioner needed to be replaced, not [redacted] . [redacted] dealt with the installation of the oil furnace, which did not need to be replaced, but Michael & Son said they could not install a new a/c without replacing the furnace. This was not true. It was [redacted] that informed us that they had gotten our old a/c to run and that it could have been repaired. Regards, [redacted] ***

As always service was professional and personableThe technician arrived during the stated window and called to let me know he was on his wayThe problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly

Quick and thorough service Technicians walked us through details of what had occurred and what work needed to be done Explained costs, and provided options when available

Joey at Michael & Son arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem involved and offered a solutionHe treated my home with respect, including using care as he removed wallpaper covered switch platesJoey also offered an option to replace overhead recessed lights with computerized LED lights and gave me a written proposal to do the workI will consider this at a future timeThis is the second time I have used Michael & Son and I requested Joey for this job as I was so impressed with the quality of his work and knowledge/suggestions for energy saving options

(Just writing to be clear smile) The only thing that may require a second day as we discussed is maybe the painting if the drywall mud and taping doesn't dry in time to complete the work Please reply to let me know you agree with what is written in the message above and if you need to add or clarify, I will be more than happy to answer or correct what is needed? Jonathan at Michael & Son Charlotte was very professional and was able to answer my questions in detailHe was quick to fix the problem and very helpfulWould recommend

Nyle M***r inspected my HVAC system based on a contract with Michael & Son Services, Inc He called prior to arriving, and was extremely professional but yet friendly and personableHe was thorough in explaining his actions to me, and appeared to be very knowledgeable Since the contract requires that an HVAC inspection/service be conducted twice a year, I will definitely request that Nyle be designated my service technician and scheduled to appear each time

The technicians showed up on timeQuickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it

We have always gotten superb service from Michael and Son, whether it be a plumber, electrician or other category of service

If this customer has a concern regarding us no longer servicing commercial work she should call us and not a filed complaintPlease have her call the office and we will go over where things stand in regards to our operation dealing with commercial unitsPlease close this concern and we will handle this directlyThanks Vance

Todd Kcame to repair our unit on a Sunday He was competently able to resolve our problem In addition, he thoroughly explained all the details to us and addressed all of our concerns Todd made sure that our unit was working efficiently and to our satisfaction He answered all of our questions and was helpful, polite, and professionalOur home climate is comfortable once again Thanks for such great service! Todd is the best!!

Curtis did a great job on my house This job turned into a very complicated project that entailed replacement of a garbage disposal and the kitchen drain plumbing all the way to the cleanout The pipes were in a finished basement ceiling, but he was able to finish the job with a minimum impact to the sheet rock ceiling The project went well into the evening, but he stayed on it until all of the work was finished and cleaned up

The Service was excellentThe technician worked well into the dark and on a very cold day to complete the job so my family could have running water in my homeAlways professional, work is always guaranteed

I called Michael & Son for a plumbing issue in my homeThe call taker was polite and professionalAn appointment was set for several days later (at my request)On the date of the appointment, the plumber (Victor G [redacted] called my house and provided an arrival timeOnce at the house, Victor showed obvious knowledge and explained the total processI felt completely comfortable with the entire eventThanks

Matt Gperformed the fall service on our HVACAs always, he was prompt, courteous, thorough and very knowledgableI highly would recommend Michael & Son and Matt to anyone requiring HVAC service & support

I have used this company for services before and today proves why I will keep callingI had an appointment with Todd K, just like previous experiences he was very professional and knowledgeableAfter the appointment as he was leaving he noticed that I was having car troubles and he went out of his way to turn back to see what was wrongHe helped me get my car working again which was a huge help for me that he did not have to doThanks again

The technicians arrived in a very timely manner and were most professional, courteous, and informative The work was performed very quickly and efficiently I would highly recommend Andy and Alexander for their excellent work and knowledge Michael and Sons have always provided outstanding services at reasonable rates Again, I would highly recommend this company for any work that you may need to have done Also, the shoe covers were a vey nice touch
