The Michael & Son Specialist, Sylvester, was outstanding in his evaluation of problems, potential problems and his recommendations for resolving those problems His work was top quality, his care in ensuring that the work environment was safe, was very helpful and appreciated He insured that each work site was completely cleaned and returned to its original organized structure Sylvester is an example of outstanding service to a customer -- greatly appreciated

Brice & Santo is one of the best teams at M&S for duct-cleaning and dryer vent work I have meet Santo before and it is a pleasure seeing him every time I always say, why mess with what works!!! Both guys are very professional and pay attention to every detail in the jobs they do I recommend them both for any HVAC related job needed Also, M&S in general is a superb company to do business with

The serviceman Shane Mwas very helpful and answered all my questions.Informed me of things to look out for that could cause problems down the road.Was in and out in no time at all

Tevin was extremely knowledgeable and very patient explaining everything to me (so I could explain to a third party not present during his inspection!) He went over every option and explained in detail why he was recommending the different things for my heating system He was also very tolerant of my cats and dogs who kept trying to help him

We had excellent service from Corey Pof Michael and Sons ServicesHe was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and efficient and you can't ask for much more than that! Michael & Son Services, Incis THE BEST! It seems like there is nothing they cannot do Mathew called a half hour before arriving He had a big smile and warm greeting as he explained what he would be doing outside on my generator He recommended a surge protector and explained why it would be a good idea for me He cleaned up after himself and worked quickly with a positive attitude

Matt G installed an in-home humidifier He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable I would strongly recommend his services

I have had Michael and Son do work for me twice and they have been wonderful. They are very professional, from arriving during the scheduled window to going over all of my options for repair work. I never felt like they were trying to sell me unnecessary work or parts. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

My experience with Michael & Son Services, Inchas been they fix your problem with one visit Abdul Hwas very professional and courteous Before starting any work, he clearly explained the problem(s) and his proposed solution(s) to resolve the problem I had water leaking under my kitchen sink plus another problem with my garbage disposal Thus far, everything is working great! I will specifically request the services of Abdul Hto assess and resolve any of my future plumbing problems

I called about some plumbing issues and Matt S [redacted] was sent to my house He did the repairs efficiently and neatly, and afterward did a whole-house plumbing check He found that one of my hot water heaters was in very bad shape(It was quite old.) He then replaced it on the same visit and hauled away the old oneI think he saved me from a big mess - the old one looked ready to start leaking at any time He was friendly, pleasant, and skilled The next time I need a plumber, I will be sure to ask for Matt

I called Michal and Sons Thursday morning regarding blocked drain pipe/flooded basement and described in great detail the situation and what was needed; they scheduled a certified tech to come to my house that day between and 4pm and said I would receive an email with the name and picture of the assigned tech as well as a call when the tech was on their way Never received an email or phone call; I contacted Michael and Sons to let them know this and they acted surprised and said I should receive an email and hear from the tech soonHeard nothing I called at 3:45pm to inquire on status and was told the tech's truck broke down However, no one had bothered to notify me of this or arrange for a different tech They promised to send a tech the next day between and 4pm and I asked them to make sure it was earlier in the time slot because of the inconvenience and missed promises we experienced the previous day and they assured me they wouldI spoke to someone the next morning to confirm arrangements and again, they assured me a tech was assigned and would call when they were on their way to my houseApproxpm a tech called to tell me he was on his way but it was for the wrong service and not at all what I had described in great detail to Michael and Son in my first callI asked that tech to let his dispatch supervisor know this and he assured me someone would call to confirm when a new tech [for the needed service] had been assigned I didn't hear from anyone until later in the day when a customer service rep called to ask me how the work turned out that was done by the plumber - ??? I explained in great detail again my experience with Michael and Son over the past hours, that not one person had done anything for my requests nor responded correctly The customer service rep was very concerned, briefly put me on hold to speak to a manager and when he returned on the line said that manager was in the process of rectifying the situation and would call me within minutes to explain everythingI never heard from the manager Approximately 5:30pm I received a call from a man identifying himself as a Michael and Son tech, hours away, who said he worked the night shift and was headed to my house I never received an email from Michael and Son with a name and picture of who they assigned [for security purposes] and was uncomfortable with a stranger in my house on a Friday night so I told this man to go help another customerUltimately, we procured the services of a local crew who worked several hours to rectify our situation The customer service rep told me [when we talked that afternoon] that he planned to follow up with me Monday to make sure everything was resolved to my satisfaction I'll be sorry to disappoint him when he calls for feedback I am not a person who complains and typically go to great lengths to give people the benefit of the doubt when mistakes occur But, this was by far the worse service [or lack thereof] I ever experienced from any vendorNot to mention the incredible inconvenience and mess, these delays caused us! Michael and Son pre-recorded message says all calls are monitored for quality assuranceI sure hope they listen to all the calls I had with their firm and implement lessons learned from this abysmal encounter!

On Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 1:45pm, a Michael & Sons Plumbing Technician by the name of Mr. Matthew S [redacted] conducted and installed a new 7/8 HP Garbage Disposal at my residence to replace an old HP Garbage Disposal which were installed by a previous Plumber from Michael & Sons Inc in the year 2009 by the name of Mr. Shaw. Mr. S [redacted] were very diligence and professional towards explaining the three options I can choose from in selecting a new HP Garbage Disposal, payment plans, and important steps of maintenance that I need to conduct bi-weekly to extend the efficiency and proper care of my new device. Because of Mr. S***'s high level of performance in conducting this task, I submit this excellant review and reward him a rating of 10

My wife and I have been using Michael and Son Services, Inc., for plumbing and electrical repair and upgrades since we moved into our house in The specific service call referenced here was to obtain quotes regarding replacement of an aging water heater and, separately, a leaky bathroom faucetThe customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and good at explaining the various options and reasoning behind the specific service recommendationsThe service rep also called ahead to verify the appointment and gave an accurate estimated time of arrival, which I very much appreciate
