Tony came out and installed new kitchen faucet and energy saving shower heads in my bathroomsHe is very courteous and efficientHe did not pressure me into extra servicesOnly asked what needed doingHe made sure everything was top notch before he left I would give him a A++ if I couldI will definitely ask for him again when I need more plumbing

Great experience (again) with Michael & Son (Balto) electricians Luke was thorough and found a very serious safety hazard while attempting to resolve what looked like a simple problem My family and I are very grateful - thanks Luke and Michael & Sons! We'll certainly rely on them again as our electricians

I am rejecting this response;I do not understand why the company did not offer to pay for the repairThey were the one who cut the whole in the ceiling and left it that wayThe quality of their workmanship should have some meaningTo say that they can do sheetwork at an additional cost leave me to believe they are saying this because of your (Revdex.com) involvement in the issue The cost to repair the whole is only $200.00, that will not break the companyI would prefer someone else to do the repair, at this point I do not trust the company to do any work in our homeTrust and workmanship has a great value to meAttached is a photo of the unfinished work Please do not remove this complaint from your records, other consumer need to know the quality of the companies workmanship Complaint: [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

Thank you for letter regarding our customers concernWe reviewed the concern and spoke to the customerHe completely understand that we don't replace drywall after fixing the electrical concern at his homeThe customer further explained he has the repair done by another company and no longer required our services for this matterI am asking this matter be removed since the customer was advised upfront and understood that we were only there to replace his old light fixture with a new ceiling fan and this required some drywall cutting.We are more than happy to assist our customer when they call with a drywall repair and we do it at less than the market requires to help our customer in there time of need if we did the actual service job at their home.Vance

While taking a shower the lights went out Panick struck, but a few minutes later I was at the control panel and nothing had tripped Michael & Son sent over the sweetest, knowledgeable electrician you would want to meet I was envisioning holes in my walls, new wires being put in, you name it Non of that happened The electrician explained the problem and solved it to my satisfaction I have more electrical work to be done and I am confident that the same high level of professionalism will be shown

Michael & Son is a very trustworthy company They stand behind their work and make sure you are satisfied before leaving your homeThey are extremely knowledgeable and give you sound information My husband and I had them to come out for a service call to check our gas pack that we purchased in January The technician checked everything and told us there was no problem, but he made sure everything worked properly before he left our homeWe can't say enough great things about the company and it's wonderful staffThey will work on weekends, whatever it takes to make the customer satisfied!

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Michael & Son Services have not addressed my concern My complaint and concern is whether the heat pump system is installed properly If Michael & Son Services is saying that their installation of the unit without an expansion valve and without performance of an evaluation of the air ducting system in the mobile home is what constitutes proper installation, then this must be the standard of work delivered by this company If in fact it is proper installation and industry standard to omit the expansion valve and not necessary to review the ducting system prior to installing such a unit, then they must state this fact Michael & Son Services make it appear as if my issue is about parts and the cost to have the stuck reversing valve fixed But the focus of my concern has been and still is whether the unit was properly installed As I am sure they are aware, proper installation according to manufacturer's recommendations impacts the proper performance of this system Regards, [redacted]

I have used Michael & Son for my home maintenance for the last two years I have been very pleased with their service Recently they did my AC inspection and maintenance As usual, the technician arrived promptly, was very professional, and provided a very thorough servicing and made several recommendations to help extend the life of my nearly year old system

The plumber Daniel Dwas very professional and had good customer serviceHe explained why he was there and asked if there were any other issues that I hadI did and he completed that job to my satisfaction I would refer this plumber any time

The master electrician who came to my house figured out the problem immediately and fixed it promptly Good thing I called a professional, the "mystery electrical box" had a live wire inside!
