I had been getting estimates so a light pole that had been knocked over could be repaired After trying several repairers I discovered Paul at Michael & Son He was knowledgeable, he was experienced, he was fully equipped, and had the forethought to carry catalogs of related material He took the time to order everything needed for the job, then and there He is truly a exceptional electrician Now, I look forward to using Michael & Son again for any and all electrical repairs

The seasonal check up of my homes heating and system filter was easy to schedule, and the technician called minutes ahead to confirm his arrival within the two hour window promisedCheck up and testing followed by recommendations did not take more than minutes

Thank you for allowing us to respond We found that [redacted] 's unit could not be repaired to give them a long term fix so therefore, we offered them the option to replace the unit If [redacted] wouldn't mind showing us the repair receipt, perhaps we can review and evaluate the overall issues we have missed so that in the future, we can perform better on matters such as this

Larry W [redacted] did an excellent job on my heat & a/c unitHe was very professional and if something else was to happen to my unit I prefer Larry to do the job It appears that Michael & son have trained him well Based on the work he completed he appears to be highly knowledgeable

I used Michael & Son to install new fans in my attic this weekend The electrician, Gustavo M., did a great job He offered several alternatives to address my needs He arrived on time and finished early He was very professional and competent AND, he even fixed my exterior molding for me, which was not part of the original job I was so very pleased I will definitely use them again!

A neighbor recommended Michael and Son. Sylvester (our new hero!!!) arrived 30 minutes into the window, immediately sussed the problem, had the part on his truck, and had the valve replaced in no time. This was a relief as I'm selling this house and needed the plumbing issue to be fixed. Very happy with the service and only wish I had called them first. I don't live in the area anymore so scheduled originally with another company. That plumber arrived late, had problems diagnosing a text book problem, and disappeared for hours only to return and say he could not buy the part because he did not have a company credit card. I then called Michael and Son to see if they could fix the problem. The customer service was great and the service I received was fantastic. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
