Morgan B. from Michael & Son Norfolk came to check my furnace. He was efficient, friendly, and took pictures to show me exactly what was wrong with it. When it came to me needing to replace, he was easily available even after our appointment to answer additional questions I had regarding the choices available. He worked with me to find financing to make the job affordable for my budget. Down-to-earth and professional, great service.

Jorge and the gentleman who accompanied him (Sorry, I didn't catch his name.) were excellent They came to install a new porch light fixture While the other gentleman installed the light, Jorge made a safety check of our electrical wiring while informing us about electrical safety and new developments in smoke and carbon monoxide alarms Both gentlemen were efficient and courteous We look forward to having them update our smoke and carbon monoxide alarms

Thank you for letter regarding our customers concernWe reviewed the concern and spoke to the customerHe completely understand that we don't replace drywall after fixing the electrical concern at his home The customer further explained he has the repair done by another company and no longer required our services for this matter I am asking this matter be removed since the customer was advised upfront and understood that we were only there to replace his old light fixture with a new ceiling fan and this required some drywall cuttingWe are more than happy to assist our customer when they call with a drywall repair and we do it at less than the market requires to help our customer in there time of need if we did the actual service job at their homeVance

Their visit this time was for plumbing services to include the installation of a new toiletAlways friendly and extremely mindful of your time and your homeThey always cover their work shoes guaranteeing nothing from outside is tracked through the house Cleaning up after themselves; you won't find anyone that does it better The craftsmanship, excellent Simply I have found them to be a great firm to work with and to me that means a lot

My experience with this company has been very positiveThe technician that came to my house was very respectful and helpful in listening to what I found the problem to be and what I done to attempt to fix the problemAfter he did his evaluation of the problem he explain what need to be done to correct the problemOnce this was done everything worked greatKeep up the good work

Neal H [redacted] was my installer he was great explained the entire process from beginning to endThe job was neat he cleaned up the debris I am very satisfied

During my recent estimate, Deonte was prompt, thorough and very courteous He answered all questions and was very professional

Sean Kcame out to inspect my electrical panel and give me an estimate on replacing it and getting a heavy-up He was very thorough in looking through my house, gave me an explanation of all the changes that would be required and any ancillary repairs that might be needed, suggested additional things I might want to do in conjunction though not required, and answered all of my questions comprehensively He was great! I can't wait to have him do my heavy-up!

Ron Equickly and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the problem with the ATS panel on our Generac Generator I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced He quickly discovered the source of the problem, a leaky exterior junction box that caused the ground wire to detach Ron remade all of the connections in the box applying antioxidant compound to each and then sealing the leaky joints Further, he inspected another exterior junction box insuring the integrity of that that box as well It was a pleasure to work with Ron As a matter of fact he was a part of the original Michael & Son team the installed the generator in

Jason [redacted] was the best he was professional very nice and got the work done If I very have issues again I will only deal with him Nice young man

Michael & Son did an outstanding job repairing my heat pumpThey were timely in responding to my service call and completed the necessary repairs in a short period of timeI would recommend them for any heating or air conditioning need

Curtis was courteous and efficient technician He showed up on time and was diligent in getting the winter inspection and service done in a timely manner

My experience was extremely positive. The technician was able to promptly complete the repair. This was a second opinion, the first company, Len the Plumber looked at the job for 90 minutes and then said they would have to tear up my bathroom, another company would need to fix the tile work, and the charge was close to 1500. The plumber Trai Fixed it without tearing anything. Left the place looking as if he had not even been there. I don't know why I didn't just call Michael and son first. I will from now on. I would highly recommend this company.
