Isidro M [redacted] - Electricen Upon meeting Isidro this morning, all was well, until I un boxed my new lightWe found that part of the arm was bentSo much so that for a minute, I thought about shipping it back to the person I bought it fromAs I called the company to tell them about my fixture, Isidro came up with an idea to temporarily fix the light until I get the new (part)The idea was so simple and the way he done it, no one can tell what is holding the arm in placeHe also took the time to inspect each arm of the lampHe insured that the fixture was centered, and the light box was secure enough to hold the weightI informed him that the previous fixture was on a dimmer switch with regular light bulbsWith the new lamp, I purchased LED dimmable lights, but he quickly noticed that the dimmer needed to be replaced which will work with both types of wattageAlthough it was going to cost me more money to have the dimmer installed, I was happy that he told me - instead of having all the lights not functioning properly

Robert found the problem and explained every thing that needed to be done to solve the problemHe was friendly, courteous and gave me advice on maintenance and replacement options

I had the great pleasure of using Michael and son for electrical work in my home and was extremely pleased with the entire projectThis was most definitely due to the skill, personal commitment, and customer care by technician Paul B***From the moment he arrived he showed the highest concern for my home in all respectsLaying a floor mat at the entrance, using shoe covers, etcHe listened attentively to my description of problems and other work that I wanted doneDuring this time, I could see that he was thinking about possibly sources of the problems and he quickly fixed them- in one case by just resetting a Ground faultThe mounting of fixtures was excellent and he made suggestions that showed a depth of skillThe inspection of the home electrical was the most complete that I have ever seenI will definitely call Michael and Son for other needs and ask that Paul be sent outstars in all departmentsThank you, Paul

I would definitely recommend Michael & Sons for any HVAC issues They were excellent - very professional & reasonable Steve explained the issues with my HVAC system & got it running again very quickly I definitely will recommend them to my friends

Brian J of Michael & Son was exceptional in service and professional courtesy We call Michael & Son late Saturday evening as we just arrived in Virginia from North Carolina to visit our year old mother, who was baking in degree temperature in her small home We were alarmed that her AC was not working and called Michael & Son to schedule an emergency service call the next day Michael & Son were the only service vendors able to take the service call for us The next day, in the morning, Brian J promptly identified the issue -- a burnt out capacitor -- did all the appropriate pressure and freon checks, and diligently looked over my mother's old year old condenser I've had a number of technicians visit homes we owned over the years with HVAC issues and by far, I felt the most comfortable with Brian J in his professional demeanor, his good nature, and his caring sensitivity to our situation

Michael & Son Services Inc has always been prompt and knowledgeable of the problems I have had Willing to take time to explain all issues and any questions

I'd like to give Jerry M***, master electrician at Michael & Sons Services, three stars for excellent service and courtesy troubleshooting and repairing my bathroom light fixture He also looked at other electrical issues at my house and yard and gave me some written estimates for future work I highly recommend Jerry M [redacted] for electrical solutions ET [redacted] Washington DC

The plumber, Daniel, sent by Michael and Son, came right on time (and had notified me when he was on the way) He went over the work he would do and answered questions I had about other possible work in the future He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable He explained each step in the process He informed me when he had run into a situation with the pipes that would raise the estimated price It was obvious he was working hard The pipes in the house are old I appreciated his positive attitude and his efforts to fix the problem The drain is working better now than it has in the past years

We are so completely thrilled with the work that Michael and Sons has provided to us in the past months Our most recent experience was with Harrison P., a perfectly lovely and knowledgeable electrician who provided us with a new electrical panel that was necessary to accommodate our new tankless water heater He was prompt, courteous and ensured that the job was done properly and with no hidden surprise costsFrom our new HVAC system to our tankless water heater, we have had a number of Michael and Sons techs come through, each of them knowledgeable, courteous, patient to answer questions and putting in the extra time to make sure that the job is done right

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It did not come from the owner, who I thought was concerned enough to address this matter, and ** [redacted] 's solution is for me to spend more of my hard earned money...or continue to let him parade his foot traffic through my residence, maybe he will wear me down and I will give up....that is his only solution (exaust my leave with home visits, bring in my own plumber (never mind I did not have this problem until I followed their technician's advise), spend more of my hard earned money to get this matter corrected....I get it he is there to make money for the company! However, I notice ** [redacted] did not have the common decencey to address this matter himeself, since it is his company and not ** [redacted] 's......it is obvious where he stands (ignore the customer long enough, and they will go away), at first he appeared willing to help me and then all of a sudden...nothing? Corey came out to my house to run a cableDuring his install he realized a better way to run the cable and save himself time and me moneyHe was very professional and answered all my questionsHe showed up on time and was very respectful of my home and cleaned up everything as if he had not been thereHe is a great asset to to Michael and son and if he is the baseline to all Michael and son employees this company will continue to great things

Troy Cwas prompt, polite and thoroughHe tested our HVAC System quite a few times to make sure that everything that was replaced worked wellWe couldn't have asked for a more professional craftsman than Troy
