I do not accept this response. As I stated before I was at work so this is impossible. I am really disappointed at the lack of customer service. I couldnt even be afforded the common courtsey of receiving a phone call from Gamestop. I have spent close over $10000 at this store. Every major gaming system that has come out I have purchased from Gamestop. Even purchases I have made for my nieces and nephews have been from Gamestop. I thought this matter was resolved when I contacted Gamestop originally. See attached email. I will never purchase anything from this store again. Good morning, [redacted] On behalf of Gamestop, we apologize for this poor experience in association with our company.I'm truly sorry for the trouble and frustration we have caused both you and your son with our online storeI understand completely that this could have gone better, and that we failed to address the issue appropriatelyAfter reviewing the order, I do show that the initial package had been reported as lost in transitOur representative was able to process a replacement order on 12/with overnight delivery under Order # [redacted] however it did not begin processing until Monday, 12/since overnight takes 1-business days to be processed and our fulfillment center was closed over the weekendI do show that it was able to be shipped on Monday, 12/and tracking shows it is out for delivery today (12/12)This can be found under *** Tracking [redacted] Please let me know if there are any difficulties with delivery, or if there are any issues with the replacement.I understand that we set a expectation that the replacement would be delivered on Monday, and that you both have spent a lot of time trying to get this resolvedWith this in mind, I have processed a partial refund of $on the original order to go back to your sons payment methodDepending on their financial institution, it can take anywhere between 3-business days for this balance to be posted back to their accountIf you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know- I am here for you.Best Regards, [redacted] *.|Revdex.com Liaison| GameStop | Service Matters
