Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Again, I Want the actually phone calls pulled up from September 22nd I used phone number [redacted] to call in and my phone number is [redacted] I called in on September 22nd at around 1pm and was offered the refund plus bonus dollar make good Gift card! Then when I did not receive it I called in September 30th in the afternoonI Want the phone calls pulled up and I don't understand why the calls aren't being pulled upI Want everyone to see how I'm being ripped off because I do know have my items nor my refundThis is completely unacceptable! I was told by a gentleman in the corporate office he was going to do this and I Want it posted on the Revdex.com that gamestop does not Care about it's guests and totally ripped me off! They don't Care I did not receive my items and I received a damaged package and the item slip but NO items in the package and after proving a refund was promised I'm being called a liar!
