My husband and I tried to get a military discount for a pair of shoes online by calling their customer service number. It is federal law for any military/DOD employee to make copies of their military ID. My husband was on the phone for the last hour arguing with the employee about how it is illegal for us to make a copy of our ID. She kept saying it was normal and an everyday thing. If this business is saying it is ok for military/DOD to make copies of our military ID then they are in violation of federal law and risk thousands of people's personal information. They refuse to let us speak to a supervisor, they have hung up on us. The employee's names are Chris ID# [redacted] and Lori ID#[redacted].

I purchased two separate orders on black Friday. I thought it was a good deal ONLY for them to follow up with me after they took my money that one of my orders was cancelled. I was disappointed because of the type of deal it was. I was told there was no more inventory. I waited 3 hours to talk to someone and and they made a new order for a different shoe but about the same price only after telling me I could go to every finish line in town to look for then original shoes. I received the replacement shoes and yes, they made me do a separate transaction for those shoes.
The second order I purchased on black Friday was the wrong shoes sent to me. They told me I had to send the wrong shoes back before they would send me my original shoes. They emailed me a label and I returned the shoes out the next day. I got a follow up email stating that my orginial shoes are out of inventory even though I was told that the shoes were put on hold for me because it was there fault. I will no longer shop at Finish Line and have now purchased new shoes and matching outfit through Foot Locker. I plan to let everyone know of my experience through Facebook and word of mouth.

The staff at the store in stone wood mall in Downey Ca. act like you are there to ask for hand outs instead of been courteous and friendly specially this girl who refused to provide her name however she claim to be the store manager.
I will never take my business there ever again.
This company allowed my 13 year old son to sign up for a "free subscription" of Sports Illistrated with his purchase of a pair of $120.00 shoes. While shopping in the mall I gave my responsible son my PIN number and he made the purchase on my debt card. The sales rep told him that it was free and he would get them automatically Bc of the amount he paid for his shoes and he was eligible. Well somehow my card information was transferred to sports illustrated and my card now 3 months later has been charged $53.00 for a renewal? No papers were given to him nothing it was just said he would get three months for free with his purchase. I will no longer be making any purchase with FL. Never again. I personally feel like this is a shadey practice and way of doing business. I've contacted the sports illistrated for a refund which I've been told will take up to 10 business days. Really?

I bought a pair of shoes and I wasn't happy with the fit so I had been called out of town so I called the Finishline customer service they were short and didn't want to help so the third time I taked to them a very nice woman gave me the ok to return and sent me a shipping label and I return the shoes they were received at there warehouse on December 7 ??? After calling and speaking to at least 20 different people and giving the same information over and over .... It's been over a month and no refund I didn't think it so complicated I feel like it's a lost cause ??
I visited the store to purchase shoes for me and a friend and the visit went well.A month later I notice my account had over drafted because of a $30 transaction to sports illustrated.After visiting my bank I discovered that finish line had automatically enrolled me in a magazine subscription that I had no knowledge of.I think it's very unprofessional for a business to abuse your credit/debit information simply because they know it.Now I'm dealing with overdraft charges and fees because of this incident.
