Review: I purchased some sneakers from this store a few months ago. A few weeks later I started to receive [redacted] magazines. I went online to see what was going on and for some reason [redacted] had my credit card information. The cashier never asked me for permission to do this. I went back and spoke to the [redacted] at the time ([redacted]) who apologized and told me that if I ever got charged anything to come and see him. So now a few months later even though I canceled the subscription that I never authorized in the first place, my credit card was charged 24.95
I went back to the store just to hear from another [redacted] ([redacted], who was very disrespectful) that there was nothing they could do for me at the store and that customer service would give me a credit back. I called customer service who is now telling me that I have to call [redacted] to get my money back. I asked for a customer service supervisor and was first told that he or she was in a meeting. I called a second time and again was told that a supervisor was not available. Everyone in this company is passing the buck to the next person and nobody wants to address the issue that this employee of theirs gave away my credit card information to another company without my consent. The company must have incentives for every subscription that the employee sells because this cashier went through the trouble of signing me up without my consent. If my credit card information was given away to SI, what else is it being used for??Desired Settlement: I want a refund from Finish line for the amount I was charged on my credit card by [redacted]. I also want to make Revdex.com aware of the practices in this store of employees giving away customers credit card information without consent.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Finish Line regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,
Review: I have purchased a pair of sneaker on November 2 on the finishline web site. I submitted the order but it said it did not go through. I checked my banking account and the money was taken off my account. I contacted finishline after being on hold for 3 hours. The representative then told me the hold will drop in 24 hours because the sneaker is unavailable because they were sold out. If the order was sold out the sneaker will be unavailable to add to the shopping cart. If the item was sold out why will it allow me to place it it the cart and purchase the item and for them to take the money. The monies were not available to me after 24 hours like the customer service representative stated.Desired Settlement: a complimentary gift card or something for the incoveience.
Review: I purchased a pair of socks from this store and used my debit card. A month later I had a charge on my statement from TWX Sports Illustrated. Finish Line signed us up for a sports illustrated account without my permission. When I called to complain they told me I signed up for it, when I expressed that I did not, they claimed that I agreed when I signed the receipt. I signed the receipt because I paid with my debit card which they ran as a credit card so I had to sign. I called Sports Illustrated and complained and I did get a refund however here it is a year later and my card was charged again and I received a post card in the mail saying thank you for renewing your subscription through Finish Line. I haven't even been to Finish Line since the last incident. After doing some research online I found that many others have been ripped off and scammed by Finish Line and Sports Illustrated in the same way. This needs to be stopped!Desired Settlement: I no longer wish to receive anything from sports illustrated or finish line and I want them to remove my personal information and credit card number from their files
