This is verbatim what they said last time. That they were researching it and would get back to me directly. I never heard a word from them, and I continue to not hear a word from them. This is a boilerplate response and they are not actually doing anything about it.

I have called fidelity 3 times and they tell me nothing except I no longer have an account with them and they feel I should take my banking elsewhere. I want my money from my deposit. this is wrong. I dont even know what happened to the check I deposited fidelity says they have the right to close my account and not tell me anything its in the small print they say. all I want is my money they owe me
