vehicle service contract was purchased by Mr. [redacted] for his 2010 Mercury Mountaineer - mileage was 92,936. ---Feb.13, 2017: Repair Facility calls in a claim on Mr. [redacted]'s 2010 Mercury Mountaineer - to have the engine replaced. This claim was Denied as a Pre-existing condition as per terms of the contract.

The clarification is this. I wanted the transmission replaced, but that has not happened and it should have by now. If the company is unwilling to do this, I will have to close the claim and take up potential court action as a last step. I need some kind of satisfaction here as I believe the warranty company has not agreed to pay on things that were covered, in the contract, not just the transmission but other things. So what is the answer on my complaint from NAC? I NEED A YES OR NO on the transmission request and I need it by Tuesday the 6th, that is 48 hours. If the answer is no, the Revdex.com can close the claim and I will look at all other options. MRT

[No one from Fidelity has reached out to me, no one from Fidelity has tried to understand what prompted me to make a complaint, no one from Fidelity is remotely concerned about not only the lack of customer service but also the fraud committed which is why a FINRA complaint has also been filed had anyone actually taken the time to actually reach out to me then maybe some of this could have been avoided.]

Please help me understand what the point of mediation was between myself and the business listed in my complaint? They didn't offer to do anything, not even pay half and meet in the middle so to speak. I find this completely unfair to a consumer. And pointless and a waste of time to even bother contacting the Revdex.com. How they are still at an A+ rating with their negative reviews I also don't understand. I can only hope they reach out directly to me to offer assistance but I don't think that will happen. In the meantime I will take this to the next level for further assistance.[redacted]

On 12/17/2015, Mr. [redacted] submitted a repair order showing the Front Differential on his vehicle had metal in fluid. At that time, Mr. [redacted] was instructed by a NAC Customer Service Rep to take his vehicle back to the repair facility and have them call us to proceed with the Front Differential repair. As of 1/4/2016, NAC has not been contacted by Mr. [redacted]'s repair facility to proceed with his repair.
