Well no one has been in touch me me or willing to help me. I called right after I got this and no one even knows what I am talking about. Pick up the phone and have a rep call me. This is fraud and the next step is a lawsuit

Its a non-response, I have not heard from them since the last Revdex.com response which assured me the password issue was resolved and they credited my account with $50 to cover the fee's I incurred. I have not been able to access my account to even see if the refund occurred as I am still having the PW issue and everyone I spoke to seems lost.

Fidelity fraudulently mislead myself a customer into believing the Brokerage link account was free of fees which is well documented in a recorded phone conversation and case number [redacted]-08jun17 Fidelity lied about the $100 fee and rather than resolve the issue and provide the customer service one would expect from a financial institution they have chosen to respond to the Revdex.com complaint with the same cut and paste copy response which is avoiding the resolution I requested which is a check sent to me in the amount of $100.If you look at Fidelity reviews and search "fidelity complaints" on google you will see the horrendous reviews of this company and the lack of their customer service. They will steal from customers at will by lying to them about fees and rather than fixing the problem they continue to play these privacy games. It is clear they do not want to fix the wrong they created by responding with the same copy and paste message which means they believe their fraudulent activities are status quo. This is only the start for who ever is reading this. I will follow this through beyond Revdex.com and make sure the people responsible for the fraud understand you can't get away with this by contacting Directors and managers above this horrible customer service department.

Per counsel from Fidelity representatives (i.e., [redacted] and [redacted]), I believe that I was misinformed or they were not fully aware of how this service worked. Per [redacted], my funds would be "transferred" into the Tax Managed service / account, not "liquidated". I would never have agreed to liquidating my investments and incurring such a large tax impact. I trusted [redacted] and his recommendations. It was [redacted] recommendations (vs. service prospectus / fine print) that drove my decision to proceed. Furthermore, per [redacted], in his experience, a majority of the funds invested in Fidelity's Tax Managed Services are from cash, not prior investments. It is for these reasons that I am not satisfied with Fidelity's response.
