This is an unacceptable response.  I expect the problem to be fixed ASAP.  I expect to be contacted when the problem is fixed.  I just received in today's mail (2/2/17), another envelope from Fidelity without my apartment number on it.  So, the problem has not yet been fixed.  Please contact me when you have the solution.

Dear Revdex.com: Early this year, Fidelity investments locked my account, making me unable to check my retirement funds. They said that they suspected my account had been "hacked". They made no notification, they just locked my account and refused to unlock it unless I came to their office. When I finally went into their office on 3/22/2016, they gave me a form to sign saying there had been no hacking. They had me sign this form EVEN THOUGH I HAD BEEN LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND COULDN'T KNOW WHETHER THERE HAD BEEN ANY HACKING. I was in a hurry that day, or I might have realized that I was accepting any loss in my account that should have been the responsibility of Fidelity. They knew I was in a hurry and took advantage of that. Fidelity was once a reputable company, but what they did in this instance was completely unethical and, I would suspect, illegal. Acknowledgement from Fidelity that this was unethical and assurance that this will never happen to me or any other customer.

I have already provided them ample opportunity to resolve my concern and they have failed to do so.  Being patient and waiting for an issue to correct itself is not an acceptable resolution.  No one at Fidelity has proactively reached out to me and they have not demonstrated any honesty, sincere empathy or integrity.  They hide behind "privacy agreements" for my "protection", but it is just a rouse to avoid formally addressing the matter which can be used as evidence in any future litigation.  Privacy is for them, not me since I am the one reaching out and waiving these rights as it pertains to this particular matter. I do not accept their response as valid at all.
