I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  
You didn't hear back from me because Fidelity Investments said they would look into my concerns and then contact me personally.So I waited.They have not contacted me, and you guys went ahead and closed my complaint.I need this complaint to stay open, because Fidelity has not remediated my concern nor contacted me directly as they said they would.

The letter I received indicates that the reason for there being otherwise taxable earnings on the distribution which were not considered taxable in 2017 is due to the outstanding loan on my 401k account. It is comprised of a very small sum that was loaned to me from the after-tax portion, with the rest being pre-tax. Fidelity considers this a "cost basis" that much be reached before the earnings that are distributed from the after-tax portion of my account are taxable in a given year. What I still want to know is, what amount Fidelity considers is left of this "cost basis" with my current after-tax portion of my 401k loan before any earnings on the account are taxable? Regards,

Horrible customer service. Security in place is insufficient and fidelity manages it with incompetence explain why I should not continue to remove my business from fidelity to my other brokers as they provide proper security and servicethe arrogance of this response is appalling. Does fidelity management not use a phone to communicate?

[I am currently waiting on them to contact me. I attempted to contact them but am placed on hold and they will not get me a reasoning behind closing my account or will they tell me when my funds will be released back to me. If and when they contact me and resolve this issue I will update the Revdex.com, my postings on their pages and my attornies.

I am confused about this there was no response ... Shady business practices have been done with the card services department and I see no resolve in my account was not called back by the business and the Revdex.com has not stated any details on what was being done

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  I have already spent two full days in direct contact with many of your representatives and their supervisors, and a conclusion cannot be reached according to them.  As this isn't the first 'silly' problem I've run into with them, I'm finished.  I just wan't my account released, as to move it to a more suitable location. I bent over backwards to try to satisfy their request, and they are asking the impossible.  The check in question was accepted endorsed, cashed, cleared, and you received the money (NINE MONTHS AGO!). It's a little to late to be trying to claim problems with it now.  The check in question wasn't even from one of my personal accounts, it was written by my mother half a country away.  She has no way of obtaining the documentation you have requested as the banks there don't offer that service, and the insurance companies that do, will not do it for anyone who is not a personal customer of theirs.

You sent me a letter that completely ignored the things I stated. In your letter you reiterated that I needed to provide identification documents for the protection of my account. Had you completely read my complaint you would have realized the following:1. I sent in all requested documents and have not heard an update, which is why I sent this complaint through in the first place. Sending me a letter asking me to send in things I have already sent in is a blatant disregard for my complaint.2. Your letter requested a copy of my social security card, in this complaint I already stated that I had sent that I had faxed in a copy. 3. I am requesting that you close the account and send out a check for the balance I refuse to send anymore documents to you, I explained my schedule and obvious time constraints, and you have ignored them. I am not taking anymore time off of work of school to send you more documents confirming what I have already sent you on two separate occasions.Thank you in advance for closing my account and sending out the remaining balance in the account.

I have still have NOIT heard anything on my account, $150k account and cannot not access, no one can tell me why its taking so long to reset a password.  I cannot access my tax documents either.
