 I'm rejecting Fidelity's response due to the fact that nobody from fidelity has contacted me since I made the complaint.   I do want this matter resolved in a fair and timely manner.

Please take notice that failure to pay me the amount due to me after June 30th --i.e. $8144.33 will result in a claim being filed in small claims court and may also result in a press release on my behalf.  Your failure to notify me that I would automatically be 100 % vested if I only waited til June 30, 2016 to withdraw my money resulted in me losing $ 8144.33.  This was YOUR error and all that I am asking is that you do the right thing and pay me the money due to me.
