I'm not sure if this is possible but I'd like to get this resolve through Revdex.com and strongly felt that there are many good reasons to share this event with other consumers. They have the right to know how Fidelity conduct its business. I've read many reviews from other customers that they were told pretty much the same thing as me. Fidelity kept them waiting not 5-7 days as promised, but most of the time, 2 weeks to 1 month while having their funds freeze. If they value and respect consumers' privacy so much why asked me to obtain 3rd person's bank statement in the first place. Why the reasons that they blocked the account kept changing every time I call.

I have already been in contact with Fidelity directly about this issue, and this is the reason why I am filing a complaint. Fidelity is not willing to provide a refund when I contacted them directly. This is why I needed to resolve this issue through Revdex.com. I am giving permission for Fidelity to provide a response through Revdex.com so we can resolve this matter.

How much longer does Fidelity need to "research" the issue? An entire calendar month isn't enough time?  How in the world could it take over a month to determine if there has been an issue. If I needed this money to pay my mortgage and feed my family we would be homeless and in the hospital for malnutrition. Why can't Fidelity just move my money to a different account number so I can regain access to it. That's what the banking industry does when they are concerned about potential fraudulent activity on an account. In addition, why does it take over a month to receive a phone call updating me on the status?  I'm still waiting on that call I was promised a month ago. Does Fidelity not care that I'm concerned about my hard earned money?  Why can't they have someone call me just once per week with an update so I at least can feel comfortable that progress is being made to get me access to my own money?This is unbelievable that I have to communicate through the Revdex.com in order to get a response from Fidelity. Regards,[redacted]

I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. Not exactly what I had hoped for; I'm probably in for another month or two of getting the run around from these is. Good thing it's only a $45 check; it was the principle of the matter; I don't suppose they treat their "big" clients this way.
