Revdex.com:I'm rejecting this because Fidelity has yet to contact me about the situation. I understand guidelines and procedures, however there should be a way to accommodate customers with special circumstances.
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: NAC did not hold up to their end of the contract. The contract stated all mechanical and electrical components installed by the manufacturer. I the covered driver was supposed to pay a $100.00 deductible for a covered repair. I ended up paying and additional $824.12. The PCM went bad and filled the engine with gasoline to the point that the dealer had to remove the intake to get 2 quarts of fuel out, drain the engine oil that exceeded 3 gallons, and remove spark plugs to remove gasoline from #2 and #7 cylinders that were hydro-locked. Below is a break down of all costs:Intake seals 12@$13.23PCV Seal 2@$5.78Spark Plugs 16@$5.30Air Filter 1@$42.24Oil 6@$3.8Oil Filter 1@$8.00PCM 1@$592.25Starter 1@$133.00PCM Labor and Programming 1@$275.00Oil Change Labor 1@$12.00Engine Labor 1@$441.51NAC paid for the PCM and the starter, but the covered vehicle would still not be running due to their lack of response to do what is right. The dealership I bought the covered vehicle from touted this company as the best in the industry and I could trust them when needed. Not seeing the same company that the dealer was. The repairs are paid in full, I need my vehicle for work. I feel NAC should honor their contract as stated.

Good Morning,This complaint has not been resolved yet.I talked to someone with the warranty company and she ask me to fax her all my paper work from the dealership and I never heard back from her yet. Please don't close this case until this is resolved.Thank youSincerely [redacted]
The business failed to respond it is straight forward an this has nothing to do with privacy. First they even used my full name to clearly identify me who does value my privacy in an effort to attack my integrity and destroy me. In their response if they were SO concerned about protecting my privacy they would just say the complainant not my name! Second the failure to fix a service on the website that ids for ALL customers is not about my privacy this has nothing to do with my specific account. It is a service that all paying customers expect to work. They can not even get it to work for themselves and have provided rude deplorable customer service in response. In addition I already wrote in the complaint of MULTIPLE times I tried to get them to correct it and they failed to so that is why I contacted the Revdex.com. For them to write this is unacceptable and they must be held to address it instead of evade and hide behind phony excuses that thy do not even adhere to themselves. In fact they have been selling my personal data to other companies including, address, net income asset values birth date to name just a few so Fidelity spare me the "to protect my privacy..."?f you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.]

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. nothing in my complaint had anything to do with private information. Only that the information given by employees of fidelity were not up to date with procedures or facts. Having your employees state certain things about the usps without knowing facts is lying.

[redacted] I simply want to take my money to another broker and Fidelity is holding it hostage. There is nothing to “investigate” and they have had nearly TWO MONTHS to clear up any issue. They are depriving me of my retirement account and I have told them repeatedly that my account is fine. They are just holding onto peoples moneyfor their own purpose. The social worker they sent to my home even told them their claims were unfounded yet they REFUSE to telease my money. Everyone must know that Fidelity takes older peoples money under the guise of protecting them. This is a serious issue and I am begining to doubt I will ever seemy mobey again. Fidelity seems to have found a way to steal legally.
Thank you for forwarding Mr. [redacted]'s comments to us. We appreciate the opportunity to review the matter and will contact Mr. [redacted] directly to address his concerns. For privacy reasons, we are unable to post our response here for public viewing. Thank you, Joe...

I hope Fidelity's resolves the matter as quickly as possible before the credit card payment grace period is over, to avoid any consequent damage that might be done. This case is clear. The merchant's refusal to cancel my purchase as requested, and then turning around to send me a deed for a villa property valid until 2052, instead of Gold Lifetime 3-4 bedrooms villa in the contract amounts to charging me for a purchase that wasn't delivered as agreed, per the signed contract. So, regardless of how Fidelity and Elan Financial Services choose to look at it, this amounts to a clear violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act.Given that the merchant lost the charge back claim of $12,500 to my husband's credit card, I guess they just figured that with the $10,000 they have successfully gotten from Fidelity/Elan, they will just try to sell me any lower-valued package they believe is worth that much. How is this right in the eyes of anybody? I'm hoping that Fidelity/Elan does the right thing this time around and charges the $10,000 to the merchant for good. And because this is the last thing I want to be thinking about this holiday season, I hope this is resolved as a matter of urgency.

[This Fidelity canned response is nothing more than a cop-out, as I would be happy to share personal information with Revdex.com in this attempt at reaching a degree of social and financial fairness in the matter at hand. I do not trust Fidelity because they lost a third of my account in 30 days, and because they only merit 2 stars out of five in customer satisfaction. I would like Fidelity to know that I intend to sidewalk-picket against them in the future, as in the near-past, at various locations in the USA, until I obtain satisfaction. I am looking for an offer I can't refuse.] Regards,
