I reject this answer from the worst broker in the world. they even told me that they will reverse the illegally withheld taxes and now they say again that this is closed when it is still disputed. they have also frozen my funds for no reason which is illegal too. I want this bad company to be fined and held responsible as well and I want them to be forced to pay the illegally withheld taxes back.

Fidelity immediately responded to this complaint, how we, has been in contact with me since, neither via phone or mail. I have additional documentation that proves the bais for my complaint, including statements from my bank and letters documenting the inability to process from a share account. I am looking for a check for the remaining balance of funds in my account. Please advise.

it is typical for this worst company in the world. they said that they would adjust the illegal dividend withholding, then they even sent me an email and said that the issue was resolved even though it was not and that they would not even respond to my messages.I have never seen a worse company with worse customer service in the whole world.I do not understand why they are still in business.also they rejected a fop from ib which was even the source of my funds. for this reason I will complain to the attorney general of massachussets.I want fidelity to have my illegaly deducted dividends adjusted and I want to be compensated for the bad service and for my time.
