Because you are not going to just have me call in to try to this situation taken care of outside of the Revdex.com investigation. You not going to have me just call in so you can tell the same thing that I was already told and get away with it! This situation is going to be taken care of within this Revdex.com investigation! There's no reason that my accounts should have been closed and this investigation isn't going to be done and over with until my accounts are rightfully restored!

Since I have received this reply from Fidelity no one has tried to contact me, and no one has contacted me from Fidelity since I filed this complaint.  While I have missed calls on my phone, none of them have left voicemails, so if they are from Fidelity no messages are being left asking me to return their call.  Furthermore, this reply in no way, shape or form even remotely asked me reach out to Fidelity to finalize this matter.  In addition, nothing in this response from Fidelity did anything to resolve my issue of unlocking my account.  And finally, my original complaint was received by Fidelity with 2 days left in last week's business week when I asked to have this issue resolved by last Friday, February 9 and nothing I had asked for had been completed.  It is now 2 full weeks (15 business days) since I first contacted Fidelity about this matter, that on my fist call was told would be resolved in 5 business days.  I ask that this situation be resolved immediately before any further action needs to be taken as Fidelity is literally holding my money hostage at this point and obviously in no rush to do anything about it.

I don't accept the responce. I offered the police report serveral times. I work for [redacted] and I know the ins and outs on how they operate. Pull the call with [redacted] . My next step is to Ethics for both [redacted] and Fidelity. Your not following Reg E rules at all. I'm also going to report that as well.

The reason I am rejecting Fidelity's response once again is due to the fact that there is nothing to research here.  Fidelity knows what happened and they also know where the funds were inadvertently applied.  Fidelity applied the payoff check to my husband's account and they were provided his social security number the first of last week.  They know exactly what happened and know where the funds are so no there is nothing to research at this point.  As mentioned previously, this is not complicated stuff - simply reverse the funds that were applied to the incorrect account and apply them to my account.  It's that simple!  It is not fair to me as a customer to have to wait this long for something to be corrected when I've done all the work for them.  Thank you!

 I recently called to get forms of implementing a rollover mailed or emailed to me I was asked security questions that I answered correctly and was told that my voice did not sound like a 68-year-old which I think is an insult and prejudice against me they proceeded to lock my account for security purposes that they could not disclose to me all I wanted was for rollover forms get sent to the address on file or to the email on file in order to close out the account and roll it over into my IRA account with my credit union I feel as though that they are holding my money hostage and with the stocks going up and down I will be losing my Money based on their incompetence I would like for my account with this company to be closed out and the funds transferred to my IRA account that is in my credit union
