I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
I received a letter on 9/12/16 stating they feel my issue is resolved. The issue is not resolved since I have to reset my password each time I access the site. The process of resetting my password is inconsistent at best and the system will give me an error preventing me from resetting the password. In the recent past it took me 4 different days to reset my password. Calling them is a joke because they just tell me to "log in online to change my password" even though I clearly told them I cannot login or reset my password. Please close this complaint as unresolved since Fidelity is not interested in resolving the issue since I have no capability to leave them due to my company having all retirement accounts with Fidelity. I will bring my concerns to my company comp and benefits department about how unfriendly this company and the services are. I would like for this complaint to be logged as a warning for others of the poor customer service they can expect at Fidelity.

Based on my experience to-date with the vendor (eMoney) I have my doubts that the company will actually contact me directly to discuss the complaint. I will have to reserve judgment for a short-period to see if they actually follow through on their stated intent to contact me to discuss the issue.

They simply said that they will not discuss the complaint with the Revdex.com. In my opinion, Fidelity is running a bait and switch scam.

I am rejecting Fidelity's response due to the fact that they have had every opportunity to call me and update me on the status but they have chosen not to do so. I understand that Fidelity is concerned with only speaking with me due to privacy concerns and such, however, all they have to do is respond with the date and time of when this will be fixed. There is no privacy issue to respond such as this. If this still creates a problem then I expect someone, preferably a manager, to contact me and explain what the problem is with correcting my account. This should not be hard to do! A response and a resolution is all I have asked for. Thank you!

I requested to hear the recording of my transaction with the Fidelity Representative, however, I was denied and was told to seek an attorney to have the recording released to me. My objections is that why should I have to pay an attorney when I just want confirmation? Having to have to seek an attorney for a simple matter suggest that something is wrong. It's a recording of me and their representative not a third party. What privacy are they suggesting when it's I that want to hear the discussion?
