As of 09/02/2015 10:12 AM CST no one from Fideleity has contacted me to address my concerns or the Revdex.com compliant. It has now been a month and they still have not corrected the incorrect amount they deposited into my account and into my IRA. I contacted them again on yesterday, 09/01/2015, and was on the phone for over an half of hour, during my work day, to be told by a rep, "Ms. [redacted], I understand why you're upset. I would be upset too. I don't know what's taking so long nor can I give you an estimate of when it will be resolved." I am so frustrated and don't know who to turn to. I don't understand how a company can operate like this and not be held responsible.

Revdex.com: I'm not sure why the Revdex.com is referring to this complaint as anonymous when my contact info is very present. I also give my full authorization for my information to be disclosed with the Revdex.com so that Fidelity Investments cannot avoid this matter and act is if they are not trying to railroad me. I have also attached the original call that was made to fidelity. I have every call, especially the one where I was treated like a criminal vs a victim after being assured that my money would be returned.

I am not satisfied as Fidelity has not resolved my issues. They state that their privacy policy prevents them from providing details to the Revdex.com. However, no one from Fidelity has reached out to me regarding my Revdex.com complaint. The level of customer service I've received is awful. Revdex.com:

I got a response from you guys today stating Fiditlity wanted me to contact them within 10 business days. I soon as I got the message, I tried calling them and they stated they can not talk to me and hung up. Well I called back again and they did the same thing. So I don't know how they want me to contact them within 10 days if they keep hanging up on me. Please reach out to me. Thank you.
