[They can contact me directly at the number on the account. I know it may be a security issue leaving my phone number, but just in case they don't have the right number, [redacted]. When I call directly I always get someone who can't help me.]

It shouldn't have taken months of complaints, hundreds of phone calls, more faxes than can be counted, and a report to the Revdex.com in order to resolve this matter. Yes they did FINALLY write a check. Thank you for doing what you have been paid to do. My complaint is the emotional and financial bind you kept me in while holding my case up on your desk. I had to make two truck payments to avoid ruining my credit, while you held the payment. I intend to find out how [redacted] Dodge got me into dealing with this company. You should not be allow to do business.
I have three outstanding tickets with Fidelity Investments directly to which they have not responded in the first place, so why would I want to accept their response indicating they will contact me directly per their Privacy Policy. They're not responding anyway.

On 4/25/2016 I called the [redacted] Fidelity contact number Fidelity listed on the letter they mailed me. I spoke to a representative [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] stated he couldn't provide me any reasoning for their decision and there was no one in the Risk Management Department that I could speak to. He stated the Risk Management Department doesn't speak to customers. This is a clear indication that Fidelity Investments illegally, un-ethically, against industry and regulatory practice removed trading authority from customers accounts without the customers consent and absolutely refuses to provide a reason for their actions to customers. They are going against [redacted] & [redacted] rules and regulations. They're taking actions on people's accounts without the customer's consent.
