I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. .
Still no contact from Fidelity. They still have my assets and will not transfer them like they stated they would when they forced us to open an account that we did not want.Now they figure they do not have to talk to us any more with the issue still not resolved. I want my assets moved like they said they would.Another example of telling people what they want to hear to get their money and not doing what they say they will do.This is another example of American banking at it's finest.

Please add your rejection comments below. The business is attempting to hide behind the cloak of "privacy". Fact remains that the business has cheated me and scores and scores of other customers similarly situated through its "bait and switch". The business should be made to pay back all said customers all the money that it had stolen from them and a referral should be made to the Federal Trade Commission to prosecute the business to the fullest extent of the law.

I have already contatced acted the business several times and they have ignored my requests. They have made it impossible to speak with anyone with authority to remedy the situation over the phone. Their avoidance and excuses here on Revdex.com are a way to not deal with our request.WE HEREBY GIVE FIDELITY FULL PERMISSION TO DISCUSS OUR CASE ON THIS Revdex.com PLATFORM.
