Since the item was already processed and giving to the carrier for processing they cannot stop the order and it will be delivered. understand what they were saying or what I was saying ?? I also sent them screenshots of the emails that I had received from Tanga about the promotions, and also of the price of the items ?Instead of accepting what they did and honoring the price with FREE shipping, they are just going back and forth with this.

I am rejecting this response because:The shutters that were damaged were not packaged correctly and the shutters were not painted correctly. This was not a transit problem. The shipping company should not be blamed for this company's error. Also, the website stated 5 weeks...our shutters were delivered 9 weeks after ordering. We should have received phone calls and accurate delivery times for these products as we had contractors on our end waiting for them. We also returned plastic mounting brackets in which we have not yet received a refund. This company is dishonest and the quality of the product is extremely poor ...as is their customer service.

Customer ordered custom made to order wood raised panel style shutters from our online website. Our website does indicate that the items are custom made to order and are not returnable. Customer input the sizes of shutters desired and we built the shutters to that size and to the panel...
and mullion configuration specified on our website for this item (20%, 40%, 40%). However, after receiving the shutters, customer realized that the top panel at 20% is too large for what he really needs. Had we known the specific dimensions prior to building the shutters we could have built the panel sizes to the customers spec. However, this information was never provided to us prior to ordering. Unfortunately due to the custom nature of these products they are not returnable. The customer is welcome to provide us the specific dimensions and configurations of panels and we will remake the shutters to his specification at a 20% discount. Hi [redacted],I have call and left a message for you regarding or issue with a mouse. Tanga.com is only a marketplace for vendors to sell there products we do not have the product or control the vendor ability to reship missing or defective items. We have reached out to the vendor to replace the mouse...
but they would like to see if you can try the following fix first. "For the wireless mouse to work, they need to plug the dongle that can be found on the battery compartment area of the mouse. Once that is connected to the back of the computer, and batteries are inserted, it should work just fine. Please let us know if they tried doing it this way and it didnt work. These items were purchased on November 9 and are past the 30 day return peroid.
We have not received the item at our warehouse, but would be willing to refund if we can get a tracking number. We have asked for this a few times and still have not received a response.
