We are seeing that the FedEx tracking # [redacted] shows that your order for the Apple iPad Mini is estimated to arrive to you on Jan 17th. Unfortunately we cannot refund you for a items that has not been returned to the vendor. We understand that you do not want this item anymore so please use the return label that has been sent to you to return the item to the vendor. This customer was refunded fully on August 18th.  Depending on the financial institution, funds can take 48 hours up to 7 business days to process.We are also working with the warehouse to figure out why this was in such bad condition to begin with.  We really appreciate the photos that were sent as it will help us determine the issue.

Hi there - the entire order has been refunded.  There was a refund for $8.99 on 6/27, $32.36 on 7/22, $48.24 on 7/31 and I just refunded the only remaining amount ($0.30) this morning.
