that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The Tanga company did send a return label, however they did not send it until 8/4/15, not 8/3/15, which is an important detail.  This information is important, because there are other multiple issues with their return policy.  Per their site, Tanga states that computers (which is the item I purchased) must be returned within 15 days.  When I received the email from Tanga in regards to returning the item, the email stated that the item must be mailed out within 5 days of the label being emailed, and must be received by Tanga within 10 days of the label being emailed - which completely contradicts their website.  The item was sent out on 8/5/15, and per USPS tracking, has not been located since it left a facility in Reno, NV on 8/7/15.  Tanga had the return label addressed to a Postage Due Unit, which I was informed by the USPS that that was the slowest possible way to send any item, and that since it was going to a Postage Due Unit, that added a couple of days to the shipping time.  I have been in contact with the USPS at great lengths, and I have an official complaint/investigation/case number ([redacted]), due to the fact they now cannot locate the package.  My biggest concern is that the company advertised this item as refurbished, but sent it broken and dirty, and now have put constraints on me that I have no control over in returning the item to them, in that I have no control over the shipping speed and errors the post office may make along the way.  I tried to call Tanga, however the only option is to leave a message that they will respond to within 48 business hours, which will put us past the time limit they have placed on us in getting the item back. I feel like I have been scammed by this company both in purchasing a mislabeled item and by being forced to return it in a method that may or may not work based on their arbitrary constraints.Attached are pictures of the "refurbished" lap top as well as a picture of the return label with the tracking information for you all to review as well.

  Thank you so much. FYI - tanga email me a return shipping label for the beats, but I had already gotten the 3rd party to send me a return label a long time ago and they refunded me. Tanga has already told text a while backing stating a manager would call me to initiate the warrenty. Has not happened so I am a little reluctant to believe this.

I can issue a refund but would need a credit card number or [redacted] account.

I'm sorry but the tracking number you provided in that email was for what was delivered on the 8th of April an [redacted] stand. That was for a different item from my order.. [redacted]  is the tracking number that pertaims to the refund. My item was never delivered. I actually sent this complaint out on the same day that I reached out to you guys for the 4th time about my refund and finally did receive my refund. Thank you for that. But it shouldn't take a business that long to finally agree to refund a customer money for something that was never delivered (check appropriate tracking please) I only wanted to respond to this email to say that. No need to respond. No thanks I won't continue to be a customer. [redacted]

they keep playing my games I want my refund. I’ve been telling them this since I contacted them ladt month. Sending me damaged items then sending mini iPad to NJ then reshipoing it when I clearly stated I want my refund!!!

The headphones were refunded on November 22.  The refund receipt is attached.

Our current records show that this vendor was paid in full on the week of 10/1 and that there is no outstanding balance. Please remove this complaint.

sold: [redacted]   The page does not say the bags are [redacted].  Although the pattern might be similar, these are not sold as [redacted] bags as they are not that brand. I can refund you for the missing item if you let me know which monogram you were missing.
