We placed an order for shutters with this company the beginning of JulyOn July 5th we received an email confirmation with a tracking link provided at the bottom of the emailWhen we clicked that link there was no tracking information providedAfter a few days we sent an email to the email address on their pageThe email was returned and it was invalidOn the 18th of July I called the company since we had not received out shutters, nor any other correspondence from themI spoke with Dawn who could not find the order to start withShe eventually said she found it and that nothing had been shipped because the manufacturer was behindShe assured me that we would receive tracking information on Monday, and said since we were in SC shutters should arrive WednesdayWe didn't receive anythingOn Tuesday I contacted Dawn again and asked if they were shipped, as was told no, that we would receive a tracking number at 4pm that afternoonI explained to her that this was the final thing

Hi there - As we've explained, the colors on the computer can vary from how they look when they're actually delivered We will gladly send a prepaid return label so that we can get those back and fully refund you
NEGATIVE---NEGATIVE---NEGATIVE!!! Do NOT order from this company!!! We have been in business for 20+ years and decided to give them a try, but was I ever wrong I ordered pairs of shutters, but upon delivery (keep in mind I had to go meet the delivery driver), pairs were DAMAGED! Why? Because they had been opened and took out of the boxes and banded together and sent When I sent photos of damages, spoke with customer service, etc., I was told that due to a large order, the MOLD that made these had a flaw in it and that was reason for nicks, scars, and overall damages WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS? There are several other reasons to why we will NEVER order from this joke of a company again, EVER! Oh yeah, Ken *** will say he is the owner of the business, HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! watch out for this fib everyone It appears "Customer Service Manger" is a bit different than "OWNER" You are a joke Ken, and so is EVERYTHING with this bogus company Please contact me @ *** as I would love to speak with someone regarding this situation :-( :-(
Here is a copy of the refund receipt Even though the card itself might have been destroyed, the account was still open and the refund was processed
