NEGATIVE---NEGATIVE---NEGATIVE!!! Do NOT order from this company!!! We have been in business for 20+ years and decided to give them a try, but was I ever wrong I ordered pairs of shutters, but upon delivery (keep in mind I had to go meet the delivery driver), pairs were DAMAGED! Why? Because they had been opened and took out of the boxes and banded together and sent When I sent photos of damages, spoke with customer service, etc., I was told that due to a large order, the MOLD that made these had a flaw in it and that was reason for nicks, scars, and overall damages WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS? There are several other reasons to why we will NEVER order from this joke of a company again, EVER! Oh yeah, Ken [redacted] will say he is the owner of the business, HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! watch out for this fib everyone It appears "Customer Service Manger" is a bit different than "OWNER" You are a joke Ken, and so is EVERYTHING with this bogus company Please contact me @ [redacted] as I would love to speak with someone regarding this situation :-( :-(

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10748714, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The Tanga company did send a return label, however they did not send it until 8/4/15, not 8/3/15, which is an important detail This information is important, because there are other multiple issues with their return policy Per their site, Tanga states that computers (which is the item I purchased) must be returned within days When I received the email from Tanga in regards to returning the item, the email stated that the item must be mailed out within days of the label being emailed, and must be received by Tanga within days of the label being emailed - which completely contradicts their website The item was sent out on 8/5/15, and per USPS tracking, has not been located since it left a facility in Reno, NV on 8/7/ Tanga had the return label addressed to a Postage Due Unit, which I was informed by the USPS that that was the slowest possible way to send any item, and that since it was going to a Postage Due Unit, that added a couple of days to the shipping time I have been in contact with the USPS at great lengths, and I have an official complaint/investigation/case number ( [redacted] ), due to the fact they now cannot locate the package My biggest concern is that the company advertised this item as refurbished, but sent it broken and dirty, and now have put constraints on me that I have no control over in returning the item to them, in that I have no control over the shipping speed and errors the post office may make along the way I tried to call Tanga, however the only option is to leave a message that they will respond to within business hours, which will put us past the time limit they have placed on us in getting the item backI feel like I have been scammed by this company both in purchasing a mislabeled item and by being forced to return it in a method that may or may not work based on their arbitrary constraints.Attached are pictures of the "refurbished" lap top as well as a picture of the return label with the tracking information for you all to review as well Regards, [redacted] ***

Mr [redacted] was refunded for the returned iPhone on May 28th and I just refunded the ring.If he is willing to give the last digits and expiration date of the credit card, I can get a statement from our payment system to prove he was refunded Also, all of his emails to our support desk were answered within days

They sent me the wrong return label for which I complained and asked for the right labelThey sent me a return label for the two black scarves and when I asked them if I could used that label even though I wanted to return the two beige ones, the reply was noI could only use that label for the black scarves which I was not thinking about returning themI have sent other requests for the right label and so far, nothingI got to the point where I do not wish to keep any of the four scarves and requested a label to return all for scarvesI am still waiting for the return labelAlso, I have kept all our e-mail exchanges Sincerely, [redacted]

Would the whoever wrote reply from Tanga be happy as a freshmen on college without laptop for about weeks it would take to ship damaged one back and receiving a new one? Didn't think so
