Friendly staff and very helpful I called and used their online chat which was a big help
The product is the quality and value I wantedThe product was easy to measure for, order and installIt can be done by person, but always simpler and more fun with help

Customer ordered custom made to order wood raised panel style shutters from our online websiteOur website does indicate that the items are custom made to order and are not returnableCustomer input the sizes of shutters desired and we built the shutters to that size and to the panel and mullion configuration specified on our website for this item (20%, 40%, 40%)However, after receiving the shutters, customer realized that the top panel at 20% is too large for what he really needsHad we known the specific dimensions prior to building the shutters we could have built the panel sizes to the customers specHowever, this information was never provided to us prior to ordering and customer instead made assumptions, without communicating with us, based on the photographs onlineThe customers assumptions were not correct.The customer, after receiving the product and realizing it was not what he expected, contacted us to let us know the specific dimensions and configurations desiredHad this been communicated to us prior to ordering and shipping we could have accommodated the customer’s request, however it was only told to us after the factUnfortunately due to the custom nature of these products they are not returnableThe customer is welcome to provide us the specific dimensions and configurations of panels and we will remake the shutters to his specification at a 20% discount. Absolutely unacceptable customer service I purchased pairs of shutters from them and two arrived damaged They said they'd remake them and then those sets arrived damaged as well Never once was there an apologyMy option was to return the damaged shutters and get a refund-- nevermind the other sets that were already hung on my homeI asked for a 50% credit to have the damaged ones fixed and they refused When I told them I planned on purchasing more sets for the rest of the house, thats when they agreed to giving me a credit--IF and ONLY IF I bought more pairs from themI had to call MULTIPLE times and email even more, just to get a responseI would never recommend this business to any oneAbsolutely appalling customer service

Hi there, I don't see an order for you in our system Sometimes bank will authorize a pending charge that won't go through These pending charges usually come off the account within a couple of days I've sent you an email from within our system to get some further information

from our company. The website publishes a lead time which states that these items USUALLY ship within weeks. We do not ever guarantee a delivery time frame. The customer received the product damaged and it was damaged in transit. We offered the customer to remake the shutters and replace them or we offered the customer to return them for refund. It was the customer’s desire for us to refund them for the merchandise before they return itObviously, this is not typical practice of most businesses and it was not acceptable to us. We hired a carrier to pick the shutters up the next day and have already issued a refund for the items that were returned. The customer did not return everything they purchased. Please issue full refund as I have clearly statedI already picked a ladder from a local hardware storeI believe no one will spend over a
month waiting on the arrival of a ladder and getting project significantly delayedThere is no need to send a replacement to us if vendor has notIf the replacement has already been shipped, I will reject the package to the sender. Thank you
