I ordered in July of over $for primed and painted Bahamas shutters for my house to replace what I had on my house for the last yearsThe shutters were delivered at the end of Sept and the paint job was thin with exposed wood showing, the materials were cheap and loose, the dimensions and construction were not as orderedI contacted customer service via phone and email and received the run around like I had never seenI disputed the purchase with *** *** and was informed today there is nothing that they can do to right this wrongExteriorsolutions.com owner lied to *** *** saying they offered to take the shutters back and pay for the return shipping but that I never returned themThese POS shutters are in my garage taking up space along with the boxes they came in and the pallet is burning a hold in my side lawn that is *** off my landscaper and my HOAI took the time and care to return these POS shutters to receive a refundOwner never offered to take them back Send the truck and take these POS shutters, they are taking up room in my garageWorst experience I have ever encountered with any business Also I am not very happy with *** *** getting absolutely nothing done to satisfy this claimOrder Placed 08/02/Order Number

$3,1- the paint job was not even completed I ordered exterior shutters and I see exposed wood where every slats meet every siles Also the wood grain is bleeding thru the very thin coating of paint that was barely applied2- a few of the slats I saw on the only shutter I opened completely show the slats splintering not from damage of shipment but from lower grade wood then expected3- the wood used in constructing the frame is very thin and I had to refer to site to see what was the described on the website Funny but the depth of the wood was never listed So the dimension of inch top rail and 1/in siles but no depth listed is deceitful The dimension of the of the rail and siles in ONE inch for an exterior bahama shutter that is attached across the top and two points at the lower corners???? Really??? Dimensions on the top rail and siles is less then described on the website4- site says for shutters greater then inches wide there will be a center rail of inches The only shutter I opened is over inches and there is no center rail with only one inch thick wood to keep is all together5- this $order was made August and I received it Oct Never receiving an email confirmation of the order or a sorry for the delay in shipment emailWhere is the quality control:
in the paint dept thin spraying n bare wood,
in the framing dept missing center rails,
in the purchasing dept and assembly dept by using inferior wood grade that is splintered,
in the website design the purposely skips the one inch dimension on the wood used in framing an exterior bahama shutter?

I just received my order of Double Wide Vinyl Raised Shutters with Center MullionI was completely SHOCKED at the poor qualityThey are pieces of plasticVery cheap junk My husband laughed when he came home this evening and saw them, he thought it was a jokeI'm disappointed in myself that I didn't do a better job vetting this company I just wasted $Their return policy on "custom orders" includes a 35% restocking fee and you pay return shipping feesDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Revdex.com you need to update your rating, with 67% negative reviews this company DOES NOT deserve an A-

We ordered three sets of composite shutters from this company Their website states that at most it would take weeks to make the shutters The shutters arrived a month later than their promised date I called several times during this time and they kept making excuses and promising they would be at our house within a week This deadline kept extending and extending until we finally received them at the end of July (they were ordered in May) The shutters were badly damaged (inside damage and there was no damage to box indicating it would have been a shipping problem) The shutters were also not properly painted
I'm sure anyone can understand our frustration with organizing contractors to come hang our shutters, only to have to reschedule over and over again based on this company's inability to adhere to a promised delivery date Also our disgust when they finally arrived to have received a damaged and sub-par product

From beginning to end I've been dealing with Exterior Solutions all summer, just to have everyone that I've spoken to there tell me that their manufacturer is behind on orders, okay, no problem...I totally can understand, custom shutters...ok, fineMy last order after waiting for so long to get them; damagedI call Exterior Solutions the beginning of August, sent pictures, yes, the manufacturer/ "Perfect Shutters" agreed to replace; didn't have to send back the damaged ones...great, no problemEnd of August arrives, no email from Exterior Solutions notifying me of a shipment dateI call, spoke with a very young sounding girl, who lacked not one once of customer service...she transferred me in to a vm twice after I told her to get me a manager or even someone who's been there longer than her...I called and got her twice, back to back, and both times she transferred me to a vmFinally decided I'd call the next day, early enough in hopes of getting someone elseGot the manager, Ken,

these items were Christmas gifts and were not given until December - I contacted the business on December 26, and have been ignoredOthers should know that this business is fraudulent and I will do all that I can
to make sure many people know not to order from this company I want my money back

I am rejecting this response because: at this point it has nothing to do with the damaged product and the fact that they replaced it as they should have, this complaint speaks to the lack of customer service from their associate, as well as the manager, kenFinally, for anyone looking for quality customer service, unless this company goes through extensive training and seriously improve their interpersonal skills, they will not receive quality customer service here.

I wish I would have looked to Revdex.com before ordering from this company! I ordered shutters on 7/14/after waiting two weeks, I finally called and spoke to a very unprofessional person and a couple of days later received conformation that they were on their wayWhen I received them and luckily only opened one box, they were too smallI ordered 14" and received 13" shuttersWhen I called to make arrangements to ship back, I was told there is a 35% restocking fee! UNBELIEVABLE! The mistake was theirs! So I lost $from the gand paid $to ship back the thin and flimsy stupid shutters! This company is a RIP-OFFWill never use again or recommend to anyone

The company claimed that they returned all my money this is now true and I have my bank statement to show for it. They also sent me items days after I have filed the complaint which I returned. One of the company representative mentioned in response to my view on your site that they can provide the receipt to show that all my money is received. I responded to them on your site as well as send email to them without their response to me.They owe me $for item that they claimed was shipped to me but I never received.
