Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, I have already had someone else make these shutters .when I make a mistake I have to take care o it in a reasonable amount of time .the only thing I need is to return these shutters .when I looked on your website ,it did not give me an option to order different size panels ,your picture looked like they were proportioned to what I needed .when I received them they were no where close .and they did not look like the picture .nowhere did it state that I could custom order them .nor did it give me the option .I do not mind a restocking fee or paying the shipping .thanks and have a blessed day [redacted]

I have made numerous calls to both Tanga and Freedompop and still I have not received a return shipping label along with return authorization
We have not received the item at our warehouse, but would be willing to refund if we can get a tracking number We have asked for this a few times and still have not received a response
