The customer was sent a prepaid return label for the earrings and a discount for the cosmetics.  We will have the buyers investigate the authenticity of the earrings.  As soon as the prepaid label shows tracking movement, the customer will be refunded for the earrings.

I have made numerous calls to both Tanga and Freedompop and still I have not received a return shipping label along with return authorization.

They sent me the wrong return label for which I complained and asked for the right label. They sent me a return label for the two black scarves and when I asked them if I could used that label even though I wanted to return the two beige ones, the reply was no. I could only use that label for the black scarves which I was not thinking about returning them. I have sent other requests for the right label and so far, nothing. I got to the point where I do not wish to keep any of the four scarves and requested a label to return all for scarves. I am still waiting for the return label. Would the whoever wrote reply from Tanga be happy as a freshmen on college without laptop for about 2 weeks it would take to ship damaged one back and receiving a new one? Didn't think so...

This complain look to be false as this person only have one order under the email address and name listed. Their order was for 3 for Pure Forskolin Extract 20% Recommended by Dr. O* - 1 Month Supply total order being $ 38.97. on August 26th. Additionally we do not have a direct line for...
