How “coincidental” that, shortly after receiving an email from them saying my order would likely take several more months, all 3 are shipped days after I file my complaint. This company needs to reevaluate their business practices and stop running promotions until they can keep their promises to those with pending orders. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, for my particular complaint, but remain concerned about the company’s practices.

I am rejecting this response because:
 I am writing to you to reopen my claim against Eco Flower. On August 28th they told Revdex.com that they would send me an email with a check number and mail a check for my $44.99 refund that I've been trying to get for months. It's been now almost another month and I have not received any refund, email, or contact whatsoever from Eco Flower. Please assist me in retrieving my money that I'm owed for products that were never sent to me. Thank you.
