I am rejecting this response because: you received the product back on November first 2017 and it is now December fifth 2017.  We just want a simple refund, why is it that nothing your company does is fast besides take money from customers.  This nightmare has been going on for months now.

As the order was for a wedding sample box, the production time frame is different than our general production items. On the product page it was listed as having a production time frame of 3-6 weeks.
