I am rejecting this response because: Eco Flower emailed me on Wednesday May 31st saying they refunded my money and should take 3-5 business days. I have yet to receive the refund. I will not accept the response until my money is refunded.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I do think it's unacceptable the way the company charges its customers for items without guaranteeing you'll receive your items within the promised time, as well as unacceptable how they ignore phone calls, e-mails and requests for customer service from their customers and unacceptable the way they speak to their paying customers and therefore I will never do business with this company again.  I will use word of mouth to prevent everyone I know from using them as well. I hope the Revdex.com will strongly consider lowering this companies rating. At this time however, this complaint can be closed and considered "resolved."

Your response to my complaint does not address the ethics of your marketing practices I brought up in my original email. Additionally, my order which arrived well over the 15 days Terms and Conditions didn't arrive correctly. I ordered all unscented as I have sensitivity to smells, part of that allure of wooden flowers, and you sent scented items.I would like for you to acknowledge and address the following:1. Your aggressive marketing/promotional campaigns when you are very well of your long-standing fulfillment issues that has been addressed heavily by customers on various platforms.2. A remedy for my incorrect order
