Hello,I have reviewed all emails received from you and the most recent email we received was on October 2. In this email you requested to cancel if the item was not shipping. As per our FAQ's, it may take our wedding department 24-48 hours to reply as all emails are responded in the order received. Once your email was received, our wedding department checked the status with our florist and found that it was completed and had been packaged for shipping. An email was than sent to advising that we could cancel but there would be a 25% restocking fee or the item was available to ship that day. We had asked how you would like to proceed. Since we did not hear back from you, your order was shipped. If you prefer to return the item, you may do so at your discretion. If you decided to return the item your refund would be completed back to the original form of payment minus the 25% restocking fee. We aim to have wedding orders delivered 7- 14 days before your wedding date provided.
