I am rejecting this response because:despite promises to refund my purchase, my credit card has not been credited. On July 8 I received an email informing me that my refund would be processed within 7-10 business days. Today I received an email informing me that myrefund had been processed. No credit has appeared on the credit card.

While I don't believe they are complying with their own terms and conditions listed on their website, I do not feel proceeding further will get me anywhere. I am rejecting this response because: I have already filed a claim with Paypal to get my money back and I still have not received my refund as it is waiting on Eco Flowers to respond and they have done nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous and a very poor way to run a business!
