I am rejecting this response because: the company is making it seem like the order was shipped all along and it was just an oversight on my part. The fact is, they wouldn't have shipped the order if this complaint wasn't filed. I appreciate that after 4 months they have shipped my order, but I still feel it's a poor business practice to only ship after a serious complaint has been filed. Also, I had asked that they issue a refund instead of shipping the late order. I do not want to support a business that conducts business this way.
