I am rejecting this response because:Though Eco Flower claims to have processed the refund and delivered it to the financial institution, the financial institution does not have any record of that refund and does not have one processing or being held at all. The financial institution now wants a confirmation number of the transaction made, so that they may also pursue tracking down the funds. Also, the original contact was made on July 14th. Eco Flower will only claim the one on September 13th because they do not want to take accountability for ignoring the problem for 2 months.

I am rejecting this response because: I absolutely dispute this response and will continue to seek a refund through PayPal and my credit card. The attached pictures show both my orders and the actual advertisement from EcoFlower on their website. I did not get my purchase by the promised date. That, in itself, is bad enough not to mention the other shady horrible aspects of this company. I will pursue my refund for $111.97 diligently and have the evidence needed to do so. I have a screen shot of this promise as well as the deliveries that were 10 days late. I am asking kindly one more time before taking other action.

Revdex.com:They make it seem like the order was shipped before I filed this complaint. The onky reason they shipped it was because of this and the complaint I filed with my bank. Which is funny. I am glad it is shipped. But don't act like you have amazing custoner service when you ignore emails and block people crom your facebook page. I cannot wait for this headache to be over with.
